Een verkeerd pakket ontvangen.
Totaal telefonisch geen contact te krijgen.
Mails gestuurd geen antwoord.
Nu zit ik met spullen waar ik niks aan heb,heel slecht

Les pires extensions à clips que j'ai pu acheter.
Les mèches sont mélangées avec des cheveux plus épais que les autres et sont de mauvaise qualité, on dirait un mélange de cheveux Remy et de synthétiques.
S'emmêlent très vite, les cheveux sont rêches, secs, bons pour la poubelle en même pas 3 utilisations.

Their ovepriced hair tie broke after 2 uses. It was impossible to attach another hair band though and had to throw away. Waste of money!!!!!!

Matten gekocht van Balmain hair bij great hair extensions. Wat een vreselijk slechte kwaliteit. Beklag gedaan bij great hair extensions. Echter doet het bedrijf net of ze gek zijn. 275€ weggegooid.
Inmiddels 3 klanten van de salon gesproken met dezelfde klachten. Waardeloos.
Ik zou de foto’s graag willen plaatsen overdekt kwaliteit van het haar maar dat gaat helaas niet.

This is an update to my previous post, after numerous emails and voice message I was still unable to get a response from them regarding my shipment I did not receive and to this day have no revived. I contacted the uk office, left messages on their instagram on top of the emails and phone calls made to their US office. Running out of options I filed a dispute with my bank as I really don’t know what other options I have… and I am hoping they are able to do something. $177 for nothing is a lot of money to pay. I just can’t express how deeply disappointed I am. I wish I never ordered from them.

First, the order came without the product but just the "gifts", of which one was a sample shampoo tester and the other one just the wrapping.

Customer service could not be reached over weeks. Eventually they shipped.

When I had an issue with the shipped product customer service stayed quiet.

I can only recommend to stay away from the brand & shop. It seems they desperately need money and try to trick customers.

Mensen echt ik heb moeite gedaan om via de mail hun aandacht te krijgen en me klacht uitgesproken enz. Duurde gewoon weken voor ik me geld terug kreeg. Omdat ze erste instantie mailde met. U heeft een klacht over ons product we zullen die begin volgende in behandeling nemen en als daaruit blijkt dat u een eventuele vergoeding voor krijgt dan zal Day dus volgende week zijn. Na een week heb ik een ingebrekestelling gestuurd zelfde dag had ik me. Geld terug WAT EEN ACHTERLIJKE MENSEN ZIJN DIT HE

Did not receive my order, but payment was charged and I had to chase customer support via email (never got an answer) and phone several times. I was told wrong information by the customer support and I was promised call back and email confirmation which never happened. I was told several weird reasons for my missing product, but I found them hard to believe in the end. After a week of mismatch information and broken promises, I was suddenly told the product was not available anymore and was offered a refund.
To be honest I would be worried about buying expensive product from a company with so unprofessional a customer support. I can only imagine the service you would receive with a faulty product.

I ordered one barette for the hair.
The quality is bad.
There was glue on the backside and the front acrylic side had several scratches.
No chance to reach anyone. I tried to email them or call the number on the website.
I will never order again. Poorly fabricated and way too expensive for this quality. It is a pity that the brand balmain is on this product.

No Customer Service At All
Yes, the delivery is in 2 days, but they process your order for at least 2 weeks! After 3 weeks, I only received 1/3 of the items I ordered. Another one has shipped but I have no idea where it is because they don't provide a tracking number. And of course, there is no one to answer phone calls or to reply to emails! And that means I cannot get a refund because there's no one I could reach out to. I only got one call back telling me a pre-order item in my chart was in stock because they haven't updated their web for 1 year, but they didn't tell me an in stock hairdryer in my chart was not. I called Balmain but they told me Hair Couture is completely a different thing. So here I am, telling people not to buy from this online store, and spending weeks, or maybe months, waiting for my hairdryer to ship.
