This company used to be a 5-star until…

This company used to be a 5-star until recently. I’m not sure whether it has changed ownership or what has happened, but the website barely works and customer service doesn’t seem able to resolve it.You can’t renew an existing policy or buy a new one, which is extremely frustrating. It’s a real shame, as they used to provide an excellent service.

Good renewal rate

Wow! A company that do not automatically renew your policy AND make the renewal rate very reasonable. How refreshing to be treated as a loyal customer!

Great customer service

Our removals and storage firm wasn't on the list of known businesses, but a quick phone call to the store-insure team swiftly had it assessed by the underwriters and added to the list.

Quick, simple and help on hand

I suppose the real test of any insurer is if you are unfortunate and have to make a claim. Fortunately to date i have not. However the ease of organising two separate policies was fairly straight forward, when i did phone someone immediately answered honestly where they could and couldn’t help. Always good when employees know what they can and can’t handle. So on basis of my current experience. So far so good!

Good price, but not claimed so can't say. Their website crashed when i paid!

Well, i have only just completed the storage insurance purchase and already hit with 'review time!' How did you do? I've given 3 stars, for 2 reasons mainly, the website crashed after spending time completing every page and then when paying i got nothing (had it gone through? would i have start all over again?) i had no confirmation or way of knowing. Not a great start. The other reason is this, it's an insurance purchase, so until i have to claim, can't truly comment on how good the company policies really are. What i can say, is the price point and cover offered were very favourable in comparison to 2 other companies, so i bought here. Thanks. I would have increased stars if everything went smoothly.
