Alex is a wonderful employee. When I drove up, he was sweeping the outside of leaves. Always so tidy! He greeted me with a smile and hello when he saw me go to enter the building.

The building itself is amazingly clean.

I have been a customer of Storage Post at 112 Bruckner Boulevard in the Bronx for quite some time, and unfortunately my experience has been frustrating.

The storage rates seem to increase every few months, sometimes before a full year has even passed. As a customer, it feels like I'm constantly being asked to pay more without receiving any additional benefit or service.

Most recently, I received a late payment notice. I immediately emailed the office and informed them that my payment would be made by the end of Monday. In the past, when I communicated in advance, there was usually some consideration while the payment was being processed. This time, it appears my email was either not reviewed or not taken into consideration, and I was still charged a late fee.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication. When I try to call the office, the phone continuously rings and eventually goes to an automated recording that tells me my balance and account information. It is extremely difficult to reach a live person to discuss concerns or resolve billing issues. When customers have questions or problems, there should be someone available to speak with them.

It feels like I'm always having to dispute something, whether it's rate increases, billing issues, or trying to get assistance from customer service. Good customer service starts with communication, and customers should feel heard when they make an effort to keep management informed.

Based on my experience at the 112 Bruckner Boulevard location, I am not satisfied with this facility and believe there is significant room for improvement in customer service, communication, and billing practices. I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously and works toward providing better service for long-term tenants.

I could not access my belongings on the 5th floor as the elevator was not working for weeks. People were carrying their things down the stairs. I could not do that because of my physical constraints and this caused major inconvenience. I wrote to the management several times to accommodate this and recognize the inconvenience caused, nobody had decency to respond. Most days, there is nobody attending at the front desk and you are on your own. I wish I could write a better review. This storage is going bad because of lack of any assistance.

Manny and his staff at Prospect Heights are amazing. The building was always cleaned and maintained. They always provided excellent customer service. Overall they made my storage experience simple and convenient. I would highly recommend Storage Post!!

Storage Post has the best people helping me with my self storage needs! Stan the store manager gave me helpful hints about how to place my items in the unit to maximize the space and fit in to a much smaller more economical unit. Their pricing is also very transparent, you know what your real price is! I left another storage because they doubled my rate in 3 months! If the price looks too good to be true, its because it is! Storage Post rates are honest!

The University Heights location is well-managed, and the staff is wonderful. Eddie Santiago was especially helpful-his great attitude and top-tier customer service made a huge difference. Thanks for making storage stress-free!

Wonderful service

I have been with storage post for a few years now. I started in the Brooklyn location I'm a catering company and I also do community popup to feed the community. As a business owner it is extremely vital that I have access to my tents and equipment at all times. Storage Post grants me access to my unit when it is needed. I'm currently at the Mott Havon location. This location is very clean and the staff member are attentive and helpful. The Manager Delroy is a pleasure to speak to. He listens to my concerns and makes sure they are address. For example: I was looking to up grade to large unit one became available he reached out to let me know. I'm currently in my New unit and happy. Thank you to All the staff that keeps my Storage Post clean and safe.

My experience in storage post Haledon has been excellent I have no complaints I have been here for years and I love the way this company runs and I haven’t had any problems I recommend this storage location to everybody.

Ridgewood Storage Post is a textbook example of how to alienate and exploit long-term customers.

After more than ten years of on-time payments, my monthly rate was suddenly increased by over $200 with absolutely no change in service. No explanation, no justification, and no warning that showed even the slightest respect for customer loyalty. Just a massive cash grab.

When I tried to contact them to understand or dispute this outrageous increase, I was completely ignored. I reached out over four separate times and received zero responses. Not a call. Not an email. Nothing. Their customer service is either nonexistent or intentionally dismissive.

Then, after a single failed card charge—which occurred one week after Christmas, when delays are common—they immediately tacked on late fees, despite my decade-long payment history. No grace period. No outreach. No professionalism.

This company has made it very clear that loyalty means nothing to them. They will raise your rates aggressively, ignore your attempts to communicate, and penalize you without hesitation. If you value transparency, basic decency, or competent customer service, do not store your belongings here. There are far better options in Brooklyn that won’t treat you like an inconvenience once they have your money.

If you want it borderline scathing, more emotional, or with stronger language about greed and incompetence, I can push it even further — just say the word.

On the surface everything seemed fine. Untill mice infestation and claim process. They wouldn't pay even the claim unless you sign away your rights , to have your belongings destroyed and have headache chasing them for claim, oh and they will be charging you rent and won't tell your unit is infested.

Eric made my day we've been with the company for 3 plus years and he made it convenient for us cause we want to thank him for everything he done 👍 he deserves a raise he the best customer service I love my location I am in there great customer service in store I am proud to have chosen that location I wanted to thank them when I go there there service is A plus Thank you for the great service I received from all of you.
