Very quick and easy to set up the storage unit I needed. The online reservation system is a nice convenience. The unit is clean and in good condition.

Stella has been so pivotal to my move. I left HB with a newborn son stored my things at the storage outlet and I was able to pay atomically on a monthly basis with ease. I just finished my final move yesterday and cleared all my belongings from my storage unit and it was a breeze because Stella does a lot of communicating to you if you share with her your end goal of how and when your moving so everything works out nicely.

My experience with the representiave that called me to inform that the space was available was very friendly and understood my situation. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paola !!! The day we checked in was not what I was expecting, the pricing was different from the online quote. but overall the service is decent, Now the space was a bit dirty and you could still see aftermath of Irma. ⭐️⭐️ Star for the cleanest of the unit. My recommendation is “please use WD40 on the doors and locks” I had trouble opening & closing the unit.

I've had a good relationship over the years, with employees and storage.
I've just recently referred my sister as well.
I'm very satisfied with the assistance given to me.

April The manager in that facility was so unprofessional and un respectful.
We try to have a unit for rent and honestly we diced walk away.
I have a small business, and I like to be respectful with them and that's what I toll her, but she didn't care. She just ripped my papers with my information to the trash can.
It was so RUDE . I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT STORAGE OUTLET
