Storagemart Arvostelua

I really recommend this place to store things you care about. I stored my household items here while I did a home renovation and although I live in London it was worth the extra drive for the cleanliness and good management. The staff are helpful, the lifts always work, there's always been a trolley and a parking space available and its very clean. Everything came out of storage exactly as it went in. They are also affiliated with friendly and helpful removers.

James at the Colchester branchwas very helpful and friendly would definitely recommend to family and friends

This company has deceptive practices. offering low price for paying online then 2 months later raising the price up 70 dollars. I`ll never use this company again.

I arrived at storage mart and was welcomed my two men at the reception area, who were very friendly and helpful. I got a really good deal on a unit and left feeling very happy.

Craig and Stuart are very friendly and welcoming people great customer service

So 2 months ago a lone female member of staff on site accepted me unknown off the street to show me available units this was a girl called Amber.
Scroll forward 2 months and I have gone a month in arrears. The same Amber over the phone was threatening to cut off my expensive Abus padlock and sell my stuff if my account is not up straight by 11 february 2022.
Fair enough but i said no need to cut it off i will come in and take it off.
Amber now knowing fully who I am unlike our first meeting insinuates that she as a lone female would not be comfortable with that because i might assault her.
At that point I said how dare you and ended the call.
I now have a few days to pay my bill which I will do.
My message to Amber and Storagemart is rather than make such accusations at me , sort out those Chinese people running their shipping business out of there and tell them to stop doing their disgusting spitting everywhere.
You know Covid and all that........

Helpful staff. All went according to plan. Clean organised storage.
Thank you storage mart norwich.

Well managed storage. Helpful staff. Best priced storage in Maidstone. 👍

Just taking a moment to write a review for the StorageMart located in Waldorf, Maryland. I was not only impressed with the cleanliness of this facility from the outside, but also on the inside as well. This storage company was well organized, and well stocked to meet all of my storage needs in order for me to move, and store my personal property at. I met with the StorageMart Manager Eugene on 05/08/19. My customer service experience with Eugene was also a very positive one. Eugene was very knowledgeable about StorageMart in his ability to answer all of my questions about pricing, the sizes of storage units, and how the rental process in renting and billing of a storage unit occurs at StorageMart. He was very professional, and pleasant to work with. He also took pride in his store when I complemented him in the cleanliness of the inside and outside of his facility. I would definitely recommend this storage company to others when shopping for a storage company to store their personal property at. I know I will be bringing my business to this location in the near future. Thank you Kate Waple
