Great storage & appears very secure. High enough that it shouldn’t flood which is an issue in Tweed. The speed of traffic when exiting is the only hazard.

The experience of coming into Storage…
The experience of coming into Storage World at Tweed Heads was one of being assisted by an informative and courteous employee .Jeremy was there to answer our queries and took the time to show us the units gave his insights on size units to suit us and walked us through the complex. Everything was explained without hurrying us through the process and we soon had ourselves locked in to a suitable unit. Then we met Enis who was at reception on our first time in through security gates. She informed us of the truck that was available to clients utilising the units free of charge that could be used to unload our household only to top the vehicle up with diesel on return. I booked it straight away and was able to move our precious cargo in stress free taking our time to organise stuff at home ourselves saving us time and money by doing this at our leisure. What a great option for their clientele.
We have found rhe staff to be most helpful and courteous and would recommend Storage World for your next move. We loved the option of the moving van and taking our time to secure our household items at a cost saving to us.
A pleasure to deal with such professional and accomodating team.

The wonderful receptionist with her bubbly personality greeted me and was a great help and guidance in purchasing boxes etc but also a storage unit. Nice to see someone who loves her job.

The staff are amazing polite & very helpful we were so lucky to obtain a spot but were juggling a boat plus a caravan but trying to obtain storage under cover for the size we want was extremely hard. I would highly recommend them with out a doubt genuine people.
