Dean Bai the store manager is an assest to the company. I would come back to do business with Storage King in Pymble based on the customer service experience with Dean. It didn't stop there, it came across over the phone. His attention to detail was next level. Absolute champion.

Dean at Pymble is amazing. He is knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly. He gave us a competitive price.
In our case it is stressful moving house and he made the process as smooth as possible. Dean even pointed out provision of bottled water and a first aid kit.
The facility is secure, clean and user friendly. The trollies provided made moving things in and out super easy. A locker on the top floor did not concern us due to use of the lift and trolley.
