Staff are friendly and helpful

Easy and was within my budget to rent not one but 3 storage units. And best of al they gave me the van for a day all inclusive and you can rent it when you need it.
This is a company that cares and my reason for using storage STORAGE KING PRESTONS. BTW The team at the reception are awesome too!
This facility here in Prestons is a boutique storage facility in my view.

Service, staff, and facilities are all great.

However, I turned up on my third visit to my storage unit only to find another padlock on the door. I called the duty manager who came up and removed it, but no reason as to why it had been put on. When we opened the roller door, I noticed that it was warping as it reached the top, and there were “dings” on the door as if it had been run into with a pallet jack or similar.
The duty manager did offer me another unit, however, I had too many boxes already in the unit, so declined his offer.
I’m just wondering why I wasn’t contacted when the extra padlock was put on.

Storage King made my move so much easier. The facility is spotless, incredibly secure, and the staff were absolute legends helping me find the right unit size. Simple sign-up and easy access. Highly recommend!

Karen was lovely and very helpful. She showed me what I needed and also gave me all the information which made is easy for me to make my decision. The best part of this was that she mentioned I could use the Van to move my stuff.

I had a great experience at Storage King Prestons. Damain, the store manager, was extremely kind and helpful, provided very clear information, and answered all my questions patiently. The facility was also very easy to access. Highly recommended.
