As i needed storage space urgently due to a leak your team made it happen very quickly and easy.
I have had to change a possible end date a couple of times and Chantel at Siganto has been amazing to deal with. The facilities are first class.

Hello, I am very happy with Storage King in Helensvale as it is out of the way (no busyness or traffic to worry about). Also that your rates are reasonable and all your staff have been helpful and lovely when I’ve seen them. My locker is in a safe and well lit place, close to the office and I love the radio on and the ladder on the wall too which is what I have to use. The car space is always available to use ( however I know it’s only limited, as for others to use as well 👍). I’m only new and I enjoy the newness of the facility 🤗 Happy!👍

Best storage on the Gold Coast
This is the second time I have used this facility. Staff are extremely helpful and the units are very clean with easy access. We moved our belongings there on a very hot day and he brought us iced water for free. That's the type of customer service that makes this an excellent choice. It was also the cheapest storage in the area with first month free.

My first visit was so easy due to the experience of all involved with Storage King
My first visit was so easy. The two guys at the desk were cheerful and explained things really well. They showed me the area that I was storing my furniture. Clint who picked up my furniture was fantastic. He knew exactly how to stack it in the truck and storage room. Thanks storage King.
