Fantastic service.
Storage king Fairfield were the only people that were open on a Sunday. They took my booking with complete urgency that was required. The facility was easy to unload. Management was there to assist with any requirements that made the transition smoothly. Well done. Definitely recommend. Amazing service👍👍👍👍👍

I was in a situation where I had no place to put my storage and limited funds
I called Storage King Fairfield and as with all the local storage places it was full.
Within a couple of hours I received a cal back indicating they could shuffle some lots around (for people needing service in future) and managed to fit me in with a perfect size and corresponding cost saving me a lot stress anguish

Wayne at Storage King Fairfield is a LEGEND.
I just want to give a great big shoutout to Storage King Fairfield's manager, Wayne, for going above and beyond helpfulness and by helping me out with some advice and generally having my back when dealing with some dodgy movers.
Onya Wayne. You're a freaking legend and possibly the only reason I'm ending the day without a meltdown.

Wayne was absolutely brilliant
Wayne was absolutely brilliant. One of the most friendly, thoughtful, accommodating people you’d meet. I had some furniture being delivered while I was overseas so I sent my father (who had never been down). Wayne made it really easy for dad, it was brilliant.

Highly recommended. Competitive prices, great all-ground-floor facility (no lifts!), handy loading bay for trucks. Exceptional service from Andrew and Wayne and always with a smile. Don't bother shopping around in this area, this is the storage place to go for.

The staff were extremely helpful and patient as I was a storage novice and helped me find the right solution. The facility and amenities are always clean. A bit more parking on weekdays is the only other thing that would be nice.
