Don't fall for their "specials"
Started off good but then as soon as the special ran out after 6 months there was a considerate price increase. They didn't stop there. Every 3 months they have increased prices in less than a year.
Shop around and don't fall for their specials as they don't give a hoot about long term paying customers.

Great experience! The staff was very patient and welcoming, showing me around the warehouse and offering advice on different packing box options. The movers worked very responsibly as well!

Friendly service
Friendly service. Reliable info.
Condition of storage facilities were good. Only issue was the layout of location of my unit, was all the way at the back and up a set of stairs. I don't think this was supposed to be the unit I was too get out that I looked at. But everything turned out ok in the end.

Now in 2023, I’m storing at the Alexandria branch. To my delight and pleasant surprise, Mark is the manager here! Needless to say, I signed up at once.
