Storage King New Zealand - Ferrymead Arvostelua 

Wonderful staff and excellent customer service at the Ferrymead branch. This is the second time I have stored with Storage King in Ferrymead and I would highly recommend them as the facilities are always clean and secure. The staff are always accommodating to changing needs and are super friendly and helpful.

Tristan was super helpful on set up. The team were flexible with the induction. The unit is easily accessible, clean and secure.

The staff were so helpful. I was able to buy the product I needed to pack and store.

The staff, particularly Neha Sharma, were helpful, flexible, friendly and efficient. We were having a very stressful move-in day after moving cities, and Neha's calm, clear communication and helpful, problem-solving approach made it much easier. She has since helped us shift to a more appropriate unit now that we can see how much we actually have in storage (it was divided between a smaller storage unit and our garage previously). It's been our best customer service experience dealing with a storage facility.

I apparently failed to bring the door down and lock my unit when i was last at Storage King. the security service noted this, and a the door was closed with a temporary lock. The service manager contacted me by phone then email and photographic evidence for me to assess whether anything had been lost. On arrival i was supported to check all was well. outstanding service, courtesy in a very timely manner.

The Manager Neha and staff member Peter are fantastic. They made the whole process easy and were totally customer focused, friendly and professional.

They were extremely helpful and friendly. Offered me the use of the trailer and truck. Thank you guys.
