Terrible customer service!!
I placed an order on Friday. Received an email same day saying it was shipped. When I check tracking number it says label created. A week later and it still hasn't shipped. I have sent many emails and left many voicemails. No response from the company. Terrible customer service!

Horrible Customer Service and they only give you a credit option instead of a refund even though you don't want to buy anything from them again!
This was all ordered through Amazon, but upon waiting for their reply, it became too late for me to return through Amazon. First set of dinnerware were horribly defective. Exchanged for another brand and they weren't as bad. Took me three weeks (or more) to work with customer service - Their response time was 3 days or more every time I had to communicate with them. They only use email. After all was exchanged they owed me a credit of $10, but said they could not refund me because I ordered through Amazon. Instead they gave me a code to use on their website as a credit. I have no intentions of purchasing anything from this company again. They offer no other options for a refund (send something electronically or by check). With that policy they are allowed to keep my $10 credit. I've contacted Amazon and hopefully they can help me get my refund back.

Replacements
They allowed me to replace some plates that I accidentally broke which I don't believe is their typical process. Now I have my full set again! I love these dishes and they were a wedding gift. Originally I was only sent 1 of 2 items and they quickly fixed the error and sent me the second item!
