They came quickly and were packaged expertly, nothing was broken and they were stacked in a neat way so the package wasn’t overly large. They are all perfect and beautiful I love them so much.

I was supposed to receive two packages…

I was supposed to receive two packages to complete my set.. I was advised the 32-Piece set could be fulfilled with 2 boxes of 16-Pieces but I only received one box. I got a tracking # and it still shows an issue reported but has no updates as of 7/18 and today is 7/28. I don’t see why it should take more than a week to get the 2nd package. Also, the 1st package that arrived had a broken cup and I was told to wait further the 2nd package before reporting any damage.

Great Service - Great Dinnerware

The folks at Stone + Lain were great when I needed help replacing broken bowls from a shipment I received. They were helpful and speedy in their response. I absolutely love the Gabriella dinnerware - so I’m grateful for their help.

Excellent product and excellent customer service.

Not only is the product beautiful, but I had an issue with my order as it was sent to the wrong address. Customer service was incredible and quick to send out a new package once they realized that the dishes were already delivered to the incorrect address. Can’t wait to start using my dishes and would buy from them again 100%

Quick replacement for broken bowl

One of the the bowls we ordered had shattered in the package by the time it arrived, but customer support quickly got us a replacement. The bowls are very pleasant looking and feel great to use.
