Stone Lain Arvostelua

Packaging was super secure. Everything showed up pristine, and we love our plates and bowls!

Stone + Lain was extremely responsive and sent a replacement plate quickly. Kudo's!!

The stonewere is very attractive and didn’t disappoint. The shipping was fast and well packaged.

I have had a wonderful experience with customer service. Fast response and fast resolution to my issue.
And I love the dishes they are beautiful

Easy to order from your site. The Dishes and glasses I ordered are beautiful and the quality is exquisite. Delivery was on time and there was no damage to the products during shipping and delivery. Highly satisfied!

I thought I ordered 1 large coffee cup - instead I got four small ones I didn't need, although I loved the design. It took a couple days to hashout how to send it back for a refund.

For the price I was just impressed and I am a private chef. I’m always looking for beautiful white dishes, I really just wanted all the plates, but I decided that I will use the little coffee mugs for something else maybe a chocolate pot de creme in there or something.
Thank you I ordered 3 more sets ❤️👨🏻‍🍳

I had a cracked dinner plate that I was able to replace. Surprisingly they had the exact plate!

Great service on replacing a broken dish. I love these sets.

I ordered a dinnerware set that I was very excited about and upon receiving unfortunately was not going to work for our family. Had to much of a matte finish. However, costumer service was quick to reply and sent me labels to ship back for a refund.

Great customer experience!

I made a mistake in what I ordered. Their customer service took care of me right away and they were more than fair in helping me get what I had really wanted in stoneware. Also, the stoneware is beautiful and just as shown on their web site.

Excellent product. Love these new dishes and flatware. Beautifully Beautiful, beautifully packed, shipped and arrived on time. Great experience. Would definitely recommend this company and their products.

The set is beautiful and reasonably priced and shipped quickly, however there are some imperfections in some of the pieces that are a bit frustrating. That is my only complaint, but because they are fired into the plates and bowls there isn’t anything I can do to remove them. I understand pottery has its variants but this could have been avoided with more scrutinized quality control procedures from the manufacturer.

The dishes are beautiful, high quality, and affordably priced. And I received my order just a few days after placing it. Could not be happier!

Goooooood!

The packaging was secure and I wasn’t in a hurry, so they came fast enough. I wish they were blacker. A deep black. I don’t think I will find any, so these are fine.
