Stonebridge Residential Sales & Lettings Arvostelua

Very helpful, informative and responsive! Highly recommend Stonebridge. They went above and beyond to help in all sorts of ways and the process was painless and very efficient.

I bought a house in the Bedfordshire region through Stonebridge Estate Agents and cannot commend them enough. They were professional and quick to respond to all queries, even chasing up where required. Hands down the best agency I've dealt with and I'm grateful for all their support throughout the process.

Great service from Stonebridge, and Shazu Kahn in particular. Really helpful when getting the property ready to be put on the market, and accepted an offer over the asking price within a week of listing. They dealt with all queries during the sale, and chased the buyer/solicitors to expedite the process. All in all, Stonebridge made what can be a painful process really easy.

Used these agents to sell my flat in Manor Park couple of months ago, and I used them a few years back when I was buying the flat. They are very knowledgeable, having been in this business for many years. They are also professional and made the process much smoother and easier for me in both cases. They were able to answer many questions in regards to the process but also helped to make sure that the buyer's solicitor was progressing faster. They kept me well informed throughout the process and helped tremendously with the communication between myself and the buyer. Their service is also much more personal than the one of big agencies, so it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I definitely recommend them to anyone selling their flat!

Thanks to Shaz, Mitul and the whole team at Stonebridge who went above and beyond to make buying a house (in the same week as having our first baby) as stress free as possible. The entire transaction was an incredibly positive one and I would wholeheartedly recommend using their services.

I would to take this opportunity as regards to selling my parents property, as normal I studied the options available to me. On recommendation from my solicitor I spoke to a high street estate agents called STONEBRIDGE of Eastham in East London. I was very happy with the attitude of the agents and their attitude to their business, so decided to hire them to sell my house. All I can say is to recommend them without hesitation they have been totally professional in all aspects of the sale.
Thanks so much guys for all your help.
Saleem and the family.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the team at Stonebridge. Mitul, Shazul and Faisal always kept me updated throughout the purchase and they were very friendly, courteous and accommodating.

We were very impressed with Stonebridge. It was a difficult purchase and Shazu and the rest of the team were amazing at chasing the appropriate people and keeping us very well informed. Transparent, friendly and professional. All things that aren't easy to come by when navigating buying a property and very much appreciated by us.
Thank you

Stonebridge helped sell my mother's house this year. I'm incredibly happy with Mitul and his team. They work fast, are very friendly and advocated for us during the sale. Very professional, personable, and VERY efficient. I 110% recommend using them.

I recently bought my property via Stonebridge and I cannot recommend them enough. Right from the start they were extremely professional, helpful and always in contact throughout the whole process. Mitul in particular really took on board exactly what I was looking for and was able to show me properties that were right for me. He was extremely experienced and knowledgeable and even showed me the pros and cons of each property without being pushy at all. Unlike other agents I have dealt with, he really took the time to help me make the right decision for me. Really friendly, extremely professional and trustworthy. Wish I had found them sooner! Highly recommend and won’t ever use another agent again!

I could not recommend the team at Stonebridge, and Mitul in particular, highly enough. My experience has been one of extreme professionalism with the team continually going above and beyond to help in any way that they can.

Great service from Stonebridge. Mitul helped me find just what I needed. Very professional, Highly recommended.

Shaz and the entire team at Stonebridge were a real pleasure to work with !
They stuck with me through a difficult purchase ending up with my dream home !

Excellent service and I highly recommend using this agent. They are knowledgeable in their field of work. Very honest and was not pushy for a sale.

Guys were professional throughout, even when the sale was difficult. Thank you for your patience.

Such a let down

Had an viewing in Upton Park .
Went there 5 minutes earlier.
Waited till the agreed time,
Rung the agent 10 minutes after , and was told they couldn’t make it to the appointment.
But to ring and the owner would let me in.
I did,
The owner said that they wouldn’t let me without the agent.
It costed me time and travel and the outcome was....😨
You do the maths!

Well done for pushing through a difficult transaction and going above and beyond with respect to the after sale. Straightforward yet commercial, no long tie in period, and a responsive office team.

We recently sold our house with the help of Stonebridge and bearing in mind this was during the COVID 19 crisis, we are so glad we went with a small and personable company like Stonebridge. Mitul in particular, was very open and realistic from the offset in setting clear expectations on the price we can achieve, in the end he exceeded our expectations! Throughout the process, he kept us fully informed of progress and even gave us other great contacts along the way. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I never ever have to worry about my flat again. Faisal and Shaz take care of everything for me. They are honest, reliable, sufficient and professional.
I will continue using their service and would recommend it to everyone.

We recently sold our house through Stonebridge. Right from our first meeting we knew they were the agent for us. We followed their suggest selling price and had an above asking price offer within 7 days of going to market. Faisal looked after our sale and kept us fully informed of progress on a regular basis. The sale went smoothly and I can genuinely say that we couldn’t be happier with the service received. Would strongly recommend.
