Received a fake product, the sole came out.

Since the first bedroom try they felt odd, way to big and off.

Removed the green tag and didn't return them to avoid these thieves the trouble (since StockX is a ''legit'' site) but after using them 3 times practically only in my house for no more than 3 hours a day, the sole came out

To make a return you have to inform within 3 days, this is just built to steal your money.

It's been 4 months if not over StockX keeps sending me a copy-and-paste response in response to my review to check my email and all of that ..there has been no email I have refreshed and checked my spam a million times over the months no reply and they keep sending a link with there reply that takes me to nowhere...i keep getting the fuckoff response from there agent ....sending me another response to my review today again to check my mail without sending me anything its very annoying

WHERE IS MY ORDER ?

I sold an item on here, proceeded to send the item for verification. Which was NEW. After Verification, get an email stating it has failed, with a photo of the tiniest/shortest hair on the top of the item. I used the chat they had available where I spoke to 'Mostafa', who seemed do divert from the problems I was mentioning and questions I was asking. I demanded an investigation, confident my item is new, which Mostafa claimed he passed on the dispute. Day later, no mention of any investigation/ dispute, just an email from UPS saying they have my parcel to be returned.

Honestly recommend going to ebay to sell any items, over 10 years selling on there with literally no issues. Just thought a 'specialist' site like Stockx would have been more appropriate for my item, clearly wrong. Should have guessed by some of the casual wording used on their site the type of people that run this place.

I don't relate to the comments which I have seen.

I paid a reasonable price for the sneakers, and I would get them after a maximum of 12 days. The quickest pair I got was in 5 days.

They also allowed me to cancel a purchase even though they mentioned balancing assets is impossible.

The customer service team would reply quickly, and there isn't a lot of back and forth between us; it's usually one email, and they respond accordingly.

I have purchased four pairs of shoes from them; two arrived in excellent condition, one is on its way, and the last one didn't pass their verification, so they said they would issue me a refund.

Their service is as good as they describe it, I am very happy.

Absolutely agree with comments made ZERO customer service. I sold a pair of trainers - have been authenticated and sent on to purchaser for inflated profit no doubt yet my payout is still pending- after nearly 3 weeks??? I have contacted customer services (only possible by email) who keep sending out a defunct link to reset something or other which never works and have now stopped responding completely. No telephone contact possible. Shoddy service- will be contacting trading standards to get my money.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely awful - no way to contact any form of customer service, they are awful. Once you've been stupid enough to bid or buy.......that's it. Seems the distance selling regulations or any other form of basic, normal, no frills legal requirements apply to these cowboys. Please, please......don't get fooled by them. Con artists.

Biggest scam ever...after I made my purchase I noticed that the trainers had reached the authenticity centre and then sent out to me within 3 hours of the purchase time which says to me that they were already at the authentication centre upon purchase..figure it out for yourself!!!
Then as expected they were fake when I received them..took me 2 days to get a response from customer service to which was that they aren't fake and I'm stuck with them..£210 down the drain.

I am testifying here to my very bad experience with the stockx site. I bought a pair of NIKE JORDAN shoes for $537 on August 14, 2022 in order to obtain an authentic model. I received the delivery of the shoes and from the outside, they seemed to meet my needs. However, after using the shoes only 2 times, the sole completely peeled off and the plastic of the sole deteriorated abnormally. I know this model well because I have it in another color and this kind of problem had not happened. Only a copy or counterfeit of the brand can give such poor quality. Immediately, on September 5, 2022, I opened a ticket on the Stockx site, which accepted my request because I received a confirmation email.
The support replied that they would study my request but to date I have not received any response from them despite 2 reminders by email. I'm really disappointed because I paid a lot to get a genuine model and it didn't. I sent the photos as irrefutable proof of the quality defect in order to prove my good faith. I am such a shoe collector, and I know how to recognize real models from fraudulent copies. I would have liked at least Stockx support to answer me rather than remain silent. I don't understand this lack of professionalism.
I do not intend to stop there and I will inform the NIKE brand that the Stockx site sells imitations instead of the original models. It is their responsibility to verify the authenticity of the models sold, not mine. I also offered to return the faulty shoes but got no response from Stockx. If I had wanted to buy $50 copies I would have been to many sites on the internet. But there I paid a very expensive $537 including shipping costs of $30 and processing fees of $28 guaranteeing the authenticity of my purchase.
I hope that this testimony will perhaps make this company react. I put all the details of my order below:

POOR service from such a large business. Inadequate contact methods to customer service if you have an issue, only have email other teams in different countries, especially for time delicate scenarios. If you purchase something from them, you do have the right to return legally. However they will not tell you this, they will say you cant, and it is only if you express your legal right for a return, they will honour, which most people don't do, which is morally wrong

Bonjour NE JAMAIS VENDRE SUR STOCKX je m’explique après avoir vendu ma première paire sur ce site je respecte leurs procédures d’envoi ainsi que leur procédure de mise en place de facture dans la boîte la paire arrive à leur siège et il m’envoie un message pour me dire que la paire n’est pas dans le carton et qu’il me retourne le colis comme il en reçu c’est-à-dire avec un tas de publicité pour pouvoir répondre au poids du carton... heureusement avant l'envoi j’avais fait des photos de la boîte d’envoi ainsi que de ma paire de chaussures justifiant de ma bonne foi après une procédure où il a fallu que je bataille avec le service client pour justifier mon honnêteté un remboursement a été effectué .
deuxième vente croyant que c’était un coup de malchance je vends une paire de chaussures sur le site pareil j’envoie avec leur bordereau fourni UPS ainsi que les factures et je n’oublie pas de faire les photos de celle-ci et la le drame pour la deuxième fois d’affilée je reçois un message me disant que un colis m’était adressé de la part de DHL sûrement la boîte vide encore avec un tas de publicité car après avoir eu un échange avec le service client ils m’ont dit que mes chaussures n’était pas dans la boîte de deux choses l’une soit les livreurs connaissent les adresses de livraison et intercepter les chaussures avant que ça arrive au siège de StockX soit des agents de StockX se font plaisir et se servent toujours est-il que je déconseille fortement de Vente sur ce site car cela fait deux fois que je me fais voler et que j’entame une procédure avec StockX donc si vous tenez à vos chaussures et à votre argent ne passez jamais sur cette plate-forme c’est une honte!!!

Speaking as an occasional seller, I've found StockX to be very useful. The site is easy to use, and payment is quick - often the same day as my trainers arrive at the depot for verification. I just hope I haven't hexed it, and wind up receiving the poor service I read about elsewhere!

Shipping was terrible and the shoes inordeeed were actual duplicates

Trainer did not pass verification due to size discrepancy on the box.

Never made it back. And was NOT given a full refund
StockX do not care about after Service- I am currently £220 down due to incompetence of StockX returning goods. Apparently the policy does not insure or care about items being returned to customer.

SENT FAKE TRAINERS AND THEN SENT AN EMAIL ADMITTING THEY HAD SENT FAKE TRAINERS BUT WAS UNWILLING TO REFUND.

Sold an item on stockx which i bought off their website as i no longer wanted it. it failed verification as it was an incorrect item. So i got sold an incorrect item and they no longer want to refund me. also not responding to my emails. i do not recommend anyone to buy off their website.

When StockX works, it’s fine, the problem is when it doesn’t work. The customer service is non existent and when you finally get a reply, the advisors are poorly trained and just don’t care. I’ve had cases closed, passed around and ignored.

How can a billion dollar company treat you like this. Easy, they only care about profit. I’ve sold loads on their platform but not anymore, I will take my business elsewhere. Any other selling platform is better than StockX.

StockX never deals with my inquiry since raised in Sep 2020. There is no customer care team actually deal with it. Instead just keep made excuses and no reply email. StockX keeps my Yeezy shoes without return it, it is a shame that such a big company provides this extremely poor service and steal customer's shoes.

StockX keep replied on my reviews here but never take actions.

Terrible site. Got my shoes disapproved because of something I had nothing to do with as that’s how I received my shoes when they were purchased. Waste of time and hassle.

je deconseille fortement stockx je me suis fais escroquer en tant que vendeurs, on m'a volé ma chaussure lors du transport jusqu'a leur locaux et ils ne m'ont pas du tout defendu, une honte je m'assoie donc sur ma paire de chaussures ainsi que sur mon argent!!!!!!! une honte
