Out of stock but take your money
Ordered a coat for over £100 brand new without tags. Took my money then emailed me saying sorry its cancelled and out of stock but wait 5 working days for a refund. Why???? Hiw about i come take your money/ stock and say oh don't worry il return it in 5 days. If it's not avaliable don't advertise it!!

As a smaller, independent business, we rely on third-party platforms, and unfortunately, we ran into a technical issue that caused a stock error with your order. We informed you as soon as we were aware of the issue and immediately apologized.
The refund was processed straight away, and if it’s taking a few days to appear in your account, that’s due to your bank’s processing time, not us. We even offered a discount for the inconvenience, as a gesture of goodwill, but it seems that may have been overlooked.
