From ordering to receiving my order I was kept in touch every step of the way in the process / delivery and can’t wait to create Christmas wreath.
I emailed 25/10/26 asking for template re size fabric needs to be cut as this is missing but don’t anticipate any problems. This is why I’ve given 4* instead of 5*
poor quality of product, delivery took too long, will never use this company again
Kept me informed every step of the way with emails etc x
A great calendar , well made and definitely worth the money .
Sorry to give such a low score but I was not impressed with this item . It was not the intended item I had thought I ordered . This was very fragile , would have had to assemble it myself , very cheap looking . Not something that looks like the picture . I Will be returning it as I respect my hairdresser and couldn’t give her a present I feel is not worthy
Brilliant Company; kept regularly sending me updated e-mails about progress of parcel. The parcel arrived a few days ago
Kit took longer than expected to arrive. Pattern states cut into squares then only mentions circles! Fabric and other add ons appear to be of a reasonable quality
Materials included are well made. Instructions easy to fallow. The only thing it didn't have was a template for cutting the squares. Dimensions of the squares in the instructions would be helpful
The wreath ring looked thicker on the advertisement and I’ve only received 6 berries in each. Also there is only 1 set of holly leaves for the top. I was a bit disappointed
