What you are showing is not what you advertised. I am a larger woman and ordered something that I measured against myself to ensure it would fit based off these measurements so I would be able to wear the item.
Going forward There are two options:
1. You to refund my money and send me a return label so I may send back this item due to the error on your side. And you fix the size chart on this page.
2. You send the next size up and a return label so I can send back the items. And you fix the size chart on this page.

Ordered 1989 sweatshirt with two extra embroidered texts on selves.
It arrived after 8 weeks , poor quality, not colour ordered , no extra embroidery!! At $20!

The quality of the stitch and sweatshirt material is extremely sub par. The sweatshirt came literally dirty covered in lint and small dirt smudges, and the stitching is loose on multiple ends. The “higher performance upcharge” material I decided to choose is very thin and nothing different from normal sweatshirt material. Overall very disappointed that I received a dirty, poorly stitched sweatshirt.

bought a hoodie saying it would arrive the 14th, thinking it would arrive maybe 2-3 days late i was fine with it. came 10, 10! days late. it took a very long time to ship or even move at all from the spot it came from. customer service was fine, could do better. although all these negatives, the hoodie is very good condition and very soft on the inside, looks exactly like the picture.

I asked for embroidery on the sleeve like you advertised on TikTok but did not get it. I also paid extra for priority customer service & it still took 3 weeks.

Absolute catastrophic.
Do not order something here.
I ordered two items, a t-shirt and a sweatshirt.
When the package arrived, it was only the t-Shirt and completely different second article.
I contacted the support and was told that it was a mistake, the sweatshirt is being send in a second package.
The second package was send 4 weeks later, arrived another 6 weeks later and AGAIN the wrong article.
I had to pay an additional 20€ customs for the wrong article which was already overpriced.
Horrible, but at least they reply fast.

Received my order after close to a month after placing it. I purposely ordered a sweatshirt to be 2 sizes too big so that it would be oversized and it barely fit me to put it on at all. For reference, I ordered a 2XL and it fit like probably a medium.
Currently waiting to see how their customer service helps with this situation, but everyone should know how small these items run.

- stars! I paid extra for a Taylor Swift 1979 sweatshirt size xl. I received what looks like would fit a toddler with material that has zero stretch. It’s a sweatshirt! It’s a very strange material. The stitching isn’t even the same as what was advertised. This is a major scam!!!!!!

Had a confirmation that the personalised item would be shipped out, they even emailed to confirm the personalisation etc. The item arrived and was not customised at all. The offer then was to refund only 20% which I think is unacceptable. Avoid.

I ordered an XL crewneck and it was realistically a Medium if not Small. It came in a vacuum sealed brick and took a while to ship. The stitching has flaws and I’m just overall not impressed with the quality of this product.

I LOVE my 1989(Taylor’s version) embroidered sweatshirt, I don’t often leave reviews but it’s literally perfect, it got to my house much faster than I expected it’s so pretty, I’ve loved t swift since I was 2 and I love this sweatshirt, I will probably order more from y’all ❤️❤️

The hoodie was awesome the design was amazing and thr color too but the hoodie was too small in size. The medium felt like an extra small :(

Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend. I originally received the incorrect custom stitching along with the incorrect size. Ordered a large and received a medium. They have yet to ship the second piece of my order and it’s been nearly two months. Communication is not timely and I have not had answers to questions I repeatedly asked. I wish my experience was positive but it has been a lot of time emailing and getting nowhere.

The sweater did not fit me; I ordered an XL, and it barely fit my arms. The processing time was too long. Good material and quality embroidery, but too long to ship out.

Confusing listing lead me to purchase the wrong item. Their exchange policy did not allow me exchange items, only offered a discount to purchase another item. Print quality looks okay (although I haven’t washed it so I can’t speak to the durability), but T-shirt quality was poor, scratchy and not very comfortable.

The sweatshirt was smaller than anticipated so she can’t even wear it, and it took so long to get it. I feel like it would be impossible to exchange.

Got the 1989 Taylor’s version sweatshirt. Stitching and design was great. Sizing is a little off. Ordered a large but was smaller than expected. Shipping was the worst. Ordered the sweatshirt a month in advance of the birthday and it took over 6 weeks to receive it so it was very late.

Potential scam! The company present itself as US based, but the package was sent from Vietnam. The product quality is really low. Plus I have paid taxes for the product and seller refused to provide mi taxes payment confirmation, hence I had to pay the taxes again in my local country! The seller stopped replying to my mails when I asked for refund.

The outline came out nice and clean. The sweater is a good quality heavier sweater!
