i made a withdrawal from over a month…
i made a withdrawal from over a month to my bank and they still didnt credit it they keep finding excuses that they had a problem with their bank but they won't give a timeline when this problem will be fixed.
Avoid this payment options really unprofessionals also with their support.

Scam
I did get my account verification very fast and their website interface looks decent.
But when I tried my first withdraw, things went wrong. I withdrew about 200USD from a broker and sent it to Sticpay and then I withdrew from Sticpay. It said approved. I kept waiting as you know, it was an international bank wire; waiting 3-7 business days is normal. And almost 1 month I did not get any money from my bank account.
I emailed them twice and got no response! I added some "special content" in my 3rd emal and they replied back immediately. That is funny. Now they said they will deal with the problem. If I receive my money, I will update this review.

Terrible
Terrible. After having deposited some funds into my account, I had to send in some documents for verification, due to not having the right documents for them, I couldn't get my account to be verified. I asked for the funds to be reverted back into the card, but I didn't get any reply at all, I contacted every department in their support service, no luck. You're not even prompted with an inquiry number, all you get is a popup that says "Success!".

Sticpay is a very bad company
Sticpay is a very bad company. They apply hidden fees when you try to money out from them via International Bank Transfer. My experience was very pathetic. I withdrew a test transaction, of just a little $111 via international bank transfer & got only $60.45. $50.55 is fees .... what a service .... I never use it. bye bye ......
