Total lack of communication. Asked a question 5 times about my purchase and never got a reply
Product then turned wrong!!! When they finally got back in touch it was to tell me they didn't receive my messages and have since gone back to ignoring me. Simply go elsewhere loads of these companies about that will hopefully treat customers better
