Never ordering from Stethoscopeshop.eu again
I have ordered a Littmann stethoscope on Oct 18, and I provided the shop with all the necessary delivery details, including my address and phone number, and was forwarded to a DHL tracking site. I was not checking the tracking site for a few days, and when I checked on Oct 29 the site said that the parcel arrived to the designate pickup point on Oct 24, and was returned to sender on Oct 28. When I asked the shop's customer support why I wasn't notified of my parcel's arrival along with being provided a pickup code, I was met with a replay "I see that the parcel was not picked up from the pickup point", which means that whoever I was dealing with had little or no reading comprehension skills. Not to mention some replies took several working days.
As I was about to ask for a full refund, a delivery man from Hrvatska Pošta (local delivery provider) contacted me, asking whether I wanted the parcel delivered or returned to sender, to which I naturally responded that I wanted it delivered. When I inquired about how a package from DHL ended up with HP, they responded that they take over all packages from DHL, which I had no prior way of knowing because either the shop or DHL failed to provide me with the necessary info. I was also told that there was no phone number provided, which is factually wrong, and means that, again, either the shop or the delivery provider failed.
THe product arrived well packaged and in good condition, but either way, I am never ordering from Stethoscopeshop.eu again, and I am never using DHL as my delivery provider again because of an extremely poor level of customer service and communication.
