Horrible packaging
Horrible packaging. Totally crushed hat! 167$ for horroble experience. I buy a lot of hats..never with u again! Learn how to package your products...

Packaging concerns
The hat wasn’t as sturdy as I had expected but I still love the hat itself. However, it came with bent creases in a few places on the brim due to being put in too little packaging. I’m hoping it will flatten out. The hat was cramped in a mailing envelope and should have been in a box.

Loved the hat. Delay in delivery by 1 week. Customer service was very responsive and remedied the issue immediately.

It's wrong item!
I ordered the “Sterling Night Grid Performance Cap – Mesh Vent Edition (Black)” on April 12, 2026, and received the package on April 23, 2026. Not only did the delivery take quite a long time, but the item I received is completely different from what I ordered.
This is very disappointing, and I would like a clear explanation for this mistake.
I would like to request a full refund for this order. Please advise on how to return the incorrect item and process the refund as soon as possible.
If needed, I can provide photos of the item I received.
