We visited the Glasgow branch at London…
We visited the Glasgow branch at London Rd. to check out bedroom furniture, member of staff Andrew was so patient friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our enquiry ,he took the time to explain everything, we therefore purchased some bedroom furniture , not realising how late it was, he also took the time to explain the range of beds available even though it was nearly closing time to enable us to make an informed decision. We have since purchased a new bed, meeting our needs due solely to him taking the time and care to meet our needs, a great credit to the store.

After purchasing dinning table and…
Disappointed ….After purchasing dinning table and chairs and cabinet in store I was stressing I bought the wrong style. I phoned customer services one week later and was told there was nothing that they could do. They passed me onto the store who were very rude and basically told tough and I couldn’t change it. I was told items had been made especially for me which is a lie. It was standard pieces of furniture. I have bought so much from
sterling over the years but will not be buying anything again. Just be sure you like what you pick as there is no going back!

Hi Helen
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're very sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed by both the response you received and the way your concerns were handled.
We understand that purchasing furniture is a significant investment. While our policies regarding order changes may be limited once an order has been processed, we would always expect our customers to be treated with courtesy, understanding, and professionalism.
We're particularly concerned by your comments regarding the manner in which you were spoken to and the information provided about your furniture. This is not the level of service we strive to deliver, especially to a loyal customer who has supported us over many years.
We will bring this issue to the attention of senior management and thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
Kind Regards

Not of the quality I’d imagined from Sterling unfortunately
The suite I bought is not of the quality I’d expect for the amount of money I paid for it.
The lining at the bottom is of a plastic material that feels quite cheap, other suites I’ve had through the years has has a material lining.
The colour we chose is not the same as the sample that was sent out.
There was a flaw on the seating area,
I had to take a day off work for the upholsterer to come and fix it as they couldn’t give me a specific time until the day that was arranged!
Wouldn’t use Sterling again.
