The assistant who served us was extremely helpful. We were purchasing a rug she made sure we purchased the correct size comparing the sizes with rugs that were out on display. She even arranged for the rug to be delivered directly to our house. Assistants name was Natalie.

Bought a sofa at a good price and got it delivered when it suited me, friendly staff and very helpful.so go regularly now

Helpful sales plus the delivery was excellent,
Purchased mattress cover which was very expensive for the quality and is to slippery!

We were concerned about the weight but we're told no problem ,we have gliders that solves the problem, so we bought them , a total waste of money, they don't stay on the legs and even if they did they would still be useless as all our seats are recliners and the heavy chassis sits on the floor ( need a bit of staff training )

The only fault I had was the one hundred pounds i had to pay for delivery on a distance of about 20 MLS which I thought a bit expensive

Great customer service told us sofa would take 20weeks and it came slightly early but they kept in touch with us throughout the wait.

Spent a considerable amount of money on furniture, and was charged a cancellation fee for changing my mind about a sofa bed ,but was buying a bigger one and having to pay more so I was genuinely ripped off.
So be careful when purchasing furniture and don't change your mind or you'll be hit hard. Oh and the manager was very cheeky.

I have been a long standing customer of sterling home and have always used the Tillicoultry store the service is excellent. Shame about the Dunfermline store had to find people to help and when I did they were all standing together just chatting and laughing no attention to who was a potential customer on the floor so I ended up walking out if they cannot be bothered then neither can I to spend my money in there going back to Tillicoultry branch at least I know as a long standing customer I am going to get good customer service.

Absolutely disgusting after sales service. Happy to take thousands from you for a brand new couch and promise you the sky. For to then leave you high and dry when you have any issues. Would stay well clear if you don’t want to be robbed blind. That’s the store in Dunfermline/ king seat after this issue heard that they have done it to quite a few other people too.

From sales to delivery the staff couldn't be more polite and helpful. Still waiting for the rest of my order. Sterling are good with delivery times and updates I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Sterling.

Allan the guy we dealt with was excellent. Allowed us time and provided much needed support to coin a phrase in making such a significant purchase of our new bed.

Not ones for changing furnishings but for quality and service and competitive pricing Sterling is our go to.

There were no overpowering sales people which made a pleasant change from previous visits to other furniture stores. I got a reasonable price for my suite and delivery was on time and the delivery people were great

Friendly and helpful staff made the buying experience straight-forward and effortless. Furniture arrived a couple of weeks earlier than the original predicted lead time which was also good.
