We were in the store looking for a new…dining table and chairs.
We were in the store looking for a new dining table, during our stroll around the store everyone we met was welcoming and enquiring if we needed assistance. When we had settled on the table Donald approached us, he was friendly, humorous and informative. He went over all the options for the table and chairs, gave us information about the delivery and set up of our purchase.
Every time I visit I could spend a fortune! Love the Aberdeen store and the staff, always a smile and a bit of banter.

Brilliant service from Arran
Arran was extremely helpful and patient with my choice of mattress. I had gone into the store with a couple of options I had previously seen online, and although the store didn't stock these, he was very knowledgeable and recommended a few alternative options. He left me to test several mattresses in my own time and provided great customer service all round, answering all of the questions I had explaining everything in good detail. Having had a past in customer service myself, he's a fantastic advisor, perfectly balancing his great sense of humour with knowledge and professionalism. I'd gladly return to Sterling for any other home furnishings. Thanks again Arran!
