Excellent training with tips for life!
A extremely good training course, full of interactive learning and great tips and techniques to make our customer conversations (and any other ones really) that much better. Trenton really put us through our paces for 9 months and we were able to put so many of the great learnings into practice almost immediately. Trenton is an enthusiastic presenter and facilitator bring energy and insight from the first minute of the session. He encourages everyone to get involved and make a positive difference to their day. Webinars are normally notoriously poor when it comes to engagement, but Trenton makes them fun, engaging and very useful so you leave wanting even more! I would recommend his sessions for any team!
