USE CAUTION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
USE CAUTION BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER
When you attempt to place an order, the #Stelo website states that it will send you a confirmation email. The confirmation email doesn't arrive. You check your account, and it looks as if you haven't placed an order. You check again, but there is no evidence that you have placed an order. NOTE: You have 60 minutes to cancel your order, but if the #Stelo website does not acknowledge that you have placed an order, you cannot cancel it.
In my case, I placed another order a few hours later because the #Stelo website did not show that I placed a single order. The second attempt to place an order did not generate an email nor did the order show up in my account.
The #Stelo #Dexcom website lures potential customers to place orders that you cannot cancel within the 60 minute window.
The only recourse is to use the chatbot discreetly hidden in the bottom right corner of the web-based site. Someone will get back with you in two business days.
The confirmation email did finally arrive 12 hours later at 2:53 am, which is useless.
Dexcom is worth 27.48 billion, yet the company is compelled to steal funds from people by way of its ordering system.
I have time-stamped screen captures of my ordering experience with #Stelo / #Dexcom.
This is unacceptable, #Stelo #Dexcom.
