Steeza STZ Harmony £300 v's £5000
I brought the Steeza STZ Harmony after trialing a £5k from a major high street retailer and a very pushy salesman.....after researching the STZ & seeing some average reviews I contacted them for more information Alice was brilliant she answered all my questions and my slight worries. So I purchased a set in June. Honestly less than £300 all the functions including Bluetooth app controlled & manual controlled. Brilliant did the built in hearing test amazing, yes the clarity isn't as good as the £5k model but there is not £4700's difference. 60 day returns and guaranteed with excellent customer service, any problems/issues sorted extremely quickly. Honestly I'm more than happy, and i can hear clearly again. So would I recommend Steeza STZ Harmony yes! Why not 5 stars, well Ive had them a monthI will update my review over the next few months, I will definitely be buying another pair.
Before anyone asks no I don't work for them, yes Im a real customer! Give them ago, if your not happy return them £300 v's £5000= STZ Harmony winners!
Another case of unsuitable hearing aids and unsatisfactory outcome
My experience is very similar to Theresa's. Hearing aids did not work -whistling on every try with inserts. I took the £60 offer to clear because there is no way they are going to say the return was satisfactory. Just read the detail in their well hidden returns policy. My cost to return to China was £6.55 having the cheapest option. All sorts of offers to persuade me to keep the unwanted products. Would Trading Standards be interested in this firm. Their address, according to credit card payment is London, but I think everything comes direct to and from China. Hence delay of receipt. Never dealt with a firm like this before. Never want to again!
Excellent customer service
We recently ordering a pair of hearing aids for my husband to try. The order was received within a week and was very well packaged and presented. Unfortunately, the hearing aids just didn’t suit what my husband was looking for so we had to arrange a return which was managed so efficiently by their customer services representative, Alice. We received a very courteous response within 24hours with clear instructions about how to return the package and how the process to secure a refund would work. Alice responded without delay to any emails, and we are very impressed with the service received throughout.
Cholesterol Tester
I purchased the cholesterol tester and all the kit arrived. The process for testing is quite precise and I contacted Steezia with some questions, Alice B was very helpful and sent me a video which really helped. Great customer service.....

Ordered hearing aids
Ordered hearing aids. Which cost £89.99 which did not suit me. I returned them within the guarantee period on the 15/03/25 from my local post office, which cost me £ 20 as Steezia.co.uk do not pay for returns.
It is now the 7th May and I still have not received any refund. The parcel is suck somewhere in China. I have contacted Steezia a few times about how long it is taking. On both occasions they have offered me £60 to close the case.
Not good enough,I would like a full refund of £89.99 l have already paid out £20 for postage.
They make it sound easy. When they say you can have a full refund if returned within 30days. I am still waiting and do not think it is good enough. So I will not be ordering from them again.

contacted Alice in customer support just to check on delivery as i had ordered from a different company & (still waiting for my hearing aids/refund after months of waiting.) sent the email a bit early as i received my HA from STEEZIA 3/4 hr afterwards read the booklet & my world came back . not only are they the smallest they are so comfortable to the point i forgot i had them in my ears.after just a few hrs of wear .Well worth the money .especially as spec!!!!!! are almost 6X dearer & bo!!!! , well i would have needed a mortgage to be able afford theirs as they were 2x dearer than spec!!!!!!. im 75 & dont need wi-fi (boots) attached just straight . forward hearing aids yes i tried NHS HA but they were uncomfortable to wear behind the ear as i wear glasses

This was especially true with the download of the app for control of the devices via Bluetooth. Customer service sent me a link which solved the problem. The QR code in the booklet did not work for me, and should rather have the link that I was sent.
The charging box is very useful, in having its own battery that only needs charging from the mains occasionally.

I had a problem with the insrtuctoons for my device to measure cholesterol levels. Alice was extremely helpful and sent me a short video which made it very straightforward. The device is accurate and I'm very happy with it.

Will not Buy from this company
The hearing aid that I bought was not fit for purpose and it stopped working within 2 months of purchase. The company would not give me a replacement without charging me. Very disappointed with the service and the stance the company has taken. I will not buy again from this company.

I have recently received my aids and to say i am blown away with what I have been missing out on in terms of sounds is an understatement. even on the lowest setting i can actually hear sounds i had forgotten about. to give you an example i have soft shoes on but can hear my footsteps. absolutely wonderful.
