Steelo cares for their customers
Steelo cares for their customers. They're extremely responsive and helpful. When they started to produce my order other companies didn't even reply back with a quote, so I highly recommend Steelo. I had the inspector yesterday and he approved it. From final measurement to deliver is about a week in my case because I asked for a specific date, might be faster I guess.

Poor logistics
Very helpful and knowledgeable in the office but unfortunately very uncooperative with the delivery as refused to deliver by Hiab even when I offered to pay, I measured the road and showed them sufficient width to come through my service road but they did not want to cooperate even though I have many deliveries by Wickes, Selco and other builders merchants using Hiab lorries.
If you want a good professional service, do not count on their delivery.

Thank you for your feedback Harry! We appreciate your kind words about our office team and are sorry to hear that your delivery experience did not meet your expectations. Safety is our top priority, and sometimes deliveries can be complicated by spacing limitations. We recognize that many customers have successfully navigated deliveries in similar situations but our drivers must prioritize safety when manoeuvring equipment like HIABS.
We will review this situation with our drivers and see how we can improve for future deliveries. Your input is invaluable, and we hope to serve you better next time.

I have purchased steel beams for my project. The company is difficult to deal with it and some mistakes they made, in my experience not very collaborative and just thinking about the money.
