Worst customer service experience EVER. I ordered boots that took way too long to arrive. By the time they got to me, I was out of town. I immediately initiated a return upon getting home bc they didn't fit but was told too much time had passed. The rep dragged this out over THREE MONTHS before just straight up ghosting me. I outlined the situation and she agreed that it was their fault but would not except a return and tried to blame it on their carrier. I have all the emails in case they have something to say about this review. Will NEVER order from them again and I encourage everyone else to avoid them like the plague.

Total scam. Put in an order of over $500. Merchandise was defective. Asked for a return label to return mechadise. Was "strung" along for 2.5 months and then got ghosted. Contacted my credit card provider. Do NOT do business with them.

Like other reviewers, I ordered merchandise and was contacted about “out of stock.” They offered to substitute the item and I requested a partial refund instead, which has since left me ghosted, without any refund or shipment. My bank requires the merchant to refund the total (over $200) which leaves me high and dry, since the email reaches the bot “Alicia” and the phone number is always “unavailable.”

placed and order, waiting a few days to be told not in stock... now waiting over a week for refund.... completly usless. no customer service just a BOT called Alicia.
Now rasing a dispute with my card provider to try and get a refund. avoid this scamming company

I normally don’t write negative reviews, but my experience with Steampunk Styler was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others.

They ran a “free goggles” promotion that was advertised simply as a reward for providing your email address. Only after signing up did I discover that the offer actually required a $99 purchase — a condition never made clear upfront. When I tried to buy the goggles along with other products, I found they were already sold out. Despite this, the promotion continued to run on their site, luring customers with an offer that could no longer be fulfilled.

When I reached out, customer support (Alicia, the bot) admitted the promotion was misleading, apologized, and promised to remove me from their mailing list. But less than 30 minutes after their apology, I received yet another promotional email from them. Even now, I’m still getting emails from a company that claimed I had been unsubscribed.

This isn’t just sloppy marketing — it comes across as deceptive and careless. If a company can’t manage honesty in its promotions or respect a simple unsubscribe request, it raises serious concerns about trustworthiness.

I cannot recommend Steampunk Styler. If you value transparency, clear communication, and reliable service, look elsewhere.

I made an order on September 8th, 2024. I've yet to receive anything. I reached out to their customer service email on April 29th, and they've yet to respond, either.

Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m blown away! The goggles I ordered are amazing and look just like the photos. Super happy with my purchase.

I bought a leather steampunk corset and it fits like a dream. The craftsmanship is really good for the price, and I’ve gotten so many compliments! Totally worth it!

The website indicated “~15 day delivery”. It took 30 days because it was shipped from China. If you like these glasses, find an importer/dealer in the states instead.

Shipping took a bit longer, but I was kept updated, and my package arrived safely. The quality is exactly as described. If you’re into steampunk, this site is a great option.

Good experience with Steampunkstyler. The site has a great selection, and the prices are reasonable. Shipping was slower than expected, but the package was well-protected, and the items were in perfect condition. First time ordering from Steampunkstyler, and overall, a good experience. The variety of products is impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The only downside is that shipping took longer than I expected, but it was worth the wait. Everything arrived well-packaged and in great shape.

This company is a scam. Don't give them your money. Ordered the Pirate skirt. Received a green polyester rag that did not reassemble the advertised item in colour, style or quality. It was literally unwearable. I got messages from 'Alicia', which as other reviews have pointed out is a bot. Will be reporting to the consumer watchdog.

Great Service and good product for my Halloween

They sent me an item that is defective/ill fitting. Contacted them on Oct 24. Got Auto generated emails asking for pictures. Pictures sent twice. They keep saying they will start the process of return/ refund but haven't. Shady practices out of China. Alicia is the AI auto response for customer service. They will take your money and not make anything right. Oh and also they use two different emails. Super sketchy.

*UPDATE* We finally received the dress and its actually very wonderful. Great quality and just as described. If you order from this site, I wouldn't count on the stated delivery timeframe. Add a couple weeks onto that. But the product was beautiful. My daughter loves it.
Changed star rating from 1 to 4 because the communication and shipping was a hassle, but the product is great.

Ordered dress for daughter's homecoming and company took money for ordered and has not shipped it or responded to repeated requests for status.
