Getting a mortgage is stressful but she took all the weight off our shoulders, a few properties fell through and there were set backs but she really kept us motivated to keep going. I originally had to use Mark for an updated mortgage capacity report . He was very communicative and made me feel comfortable sharing such personal information with a complete stranger. The report was prompt and at a reasonable cost and delivered to forward to the courts in time.

A couple of months later I had to update the report again and to go through the information again. He knew what needed updating and once again the report was delivered very promptly.

I would recommend Mark very highly and will use him again in the future for any mortgage applications.
