I still have not received my order
I still have not received my order. It is perhaps still at customs inspection, but this slow is not common these days and I realize that is not your fault. I'll change my assessment depending on whether I get it or not!
I am happily surprised you went to the trouble of tracking the delivery for me. I gave up after the arrival at LA and no change for four days. Again that’s not your fault, I know. I just kept thinking “Any day now!” and in that mode I answered the first email asking for a review. Actually, I still haven’t received it, but at least I know it has arrived on my side of the Pacific! So I will revise my review. 5 Stars for stellar investigative tracking on my behalf. Thank you so much. “Maybe tomorrow!?”

It looks like your order is on its way to you. Please let us know when you receive it so we can know you have your product. Get ready to enjoy being germ free when you are out and about. I NEVER leave my home/office without my Halo necklace on and I have not had a cold since 2017. We hope you have the same results.
Please let us know when you receive.
Thank you.

Thank you for your time writing your review. The weight of your medium phone patch is designed to be long lasting quality that won’t bend or wear out. Every time you talk, text, or touch your phone, the phone patch is killing 99.97% of harmful bacteria on your phone. Your phone is the gamiest thing you touch all the time – and has been tested to be 18 times more germy than a public toilet seat.
Your phone patch also has the “halo effect“ which means that while it kills 99.97% of harmful bacteria when you touch it, it also kills 70% of bacteria within a 16 inch radius.
We would be happy to send you studies and data, showing how copper kills germs. Or, if you would like, we would be happy to send you our e-book at no charge which has links to many many many studies. Are either of those of interest to you?
We want you to be happy with your purchase as it will kill germs upon your touching it forever. It will never stop killing the germs that can make you sick.

That it works!
I used this on my mother's thin skin which has recurring tears. After a new tear, I used the copper product on it and the skin healed over- night and the redness lessened. I also used it on myself on a scrap I got, amazing results with the overnight healing.
I recommend this product!

Melanie, we are sorry you had the confusion. We do not offer free shipping. I think what you saw was an old promotion that had been cancelled but someone the notification must have been still valid. I'd like to put a smile on your face and would like to send you a free gift as our way of saying we are sorry for the confusion. We have tried our very best to get all old messaging removed. Have a great germ-free weekend and keep your eyes on the lookout for a free "we are sorry" gift from us.
