Fantastic Partner!!!
We have been working with SITU for over 10 years which in itself tells you what a great partner they are. Fantastic team and would be unfair to single out any one individual as they are all great. A pleasure working with them and a perfect example of how a company should operate.

I very rarely write a review, however I felt compelled to do so as the service I received from StaySitu and in particular Ainsley has been 2nd to none.
Ainsley has gone above and beyond to help me with some quite tricky bookings and every time has come up trumps! Good customer service is hard to find and Excellent customer service is almost impossible but StaySitu has knocked it out of the park. Ainsley is an absolute asset to the company! I can't thank her and StaySitu enough.
I look forward to many more stays with this company!

Working with Yolanda always exceeds all expectations. The communication is always timely and on-point, the level of service is extraordinary. I am very happy that we get to work together with Situ all these years!

If there's something to integrate, who you gonna call? Kris!
This is your man! Anything from integration, Siteminder (channel manager) set up through SITU portal, he deals with everything. Big knowledge, professionalism and curiosity. Apart from this Kris is just a very friendly guy :) as all SITU team. Glad we can work together. He makes my work life smoother.

We have worked with Staysitu as a provider for a number of years now and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. All the staff are friendly and really have their clients best interests at heart. I would highly recommend their services for anyone looking to book serviced accommodation.

I would like to compliment on the service provided by Yolanda. She is always super helpful, quick with the requests, with the replies and absolutely friendly. She offers a great experience and this creates a lot of trust and good relationship with Situ. Can only highly recommend her! She's the best!

Just want to take a moment to compliment the great service of SITU and our contact person Yolanda especially. Super fast response time on email, putting in the extra mile with every booking (even after office hours), and pleasant to communicate with. Thank you for the collaboration :)

Yolanda is our main contact for Situ and she is just wonderful! She is extremely friendly, helpful and very fast to respond to emails. She is very transparent about the current market and answers any difficult questions we may have. I love working with her and Situ, great company!

I have used Situ to book serviced apartments for the past 7 years while be employed in 3 different organisations. Their customer service is amazing, very solution driven. I also admire them as a business as their values and sustainability ambitious meet that of the companies I have worked for.

As a partner hotel, I definitely appreciate prompt responses and quality assistance. Monika Meel has been superb in this aspect. Proactive and lively. Thank you Monika.

To sum up Ainsley at Situ in one word is Brilliant. whatever the budget she always finds a way in sending me the best properties. She is professional and nothing is too much. If you need an apartment these guys deliver and are the best.

In our line of work, I am in touch with Yolanda & Situ almost on a daily basis. Have always received the most professional, on one hand, but also the warmest assistance/collaboration possible. Communication is super efficient, (the very few) minor issues are resolved almost immediately and Yolanda and her colleagues are a pleasure to work with! Happy smiles :)

I needed help quickly booking a flat for my family travelling to the Uk from abroad, and Situ were extremely helpful with communicating with the apartment contacts and getting everything sorted. I’d like to especially say a big thank you to Pam for all her help and lovely attitude.
