Rotterdam experience
we have been staying at Situ apartment for 5 days. the staff always kept open communication channel with us. when we had minor issue with the apartment, and told Situ about the situation, we have been transferred to new one immediately.

SITU’s communication skills and the helpfulness of their team, with particular thanks to Vicky and Becky, have relieved so much stress for me as the owner of a self-catering property . Unbeknown to SITU and very likely their insurance client, too, the guests they booked into our property were irresponsible and caused significant damage to the property. Remedying the situation was time-consuming and stressful but SITU was a shining example of a company who could ease a burdensome situation with outstanding customer care.

Elizabeth who came to service our flat was wonderful. She is such a hard worker and so cheerful we felt we had known her forever and she made us feel at home. She did a marvelous job and the flat was gleaming after she left. When we arrived there were a couple of glitches which were sorted very quickly. Excellent service.

SITU are extremely responsive and provide excellent service. The apartments they provide are always decent and the cost/quality is great!

Always great, thanks folks!

Excellent, quick and friendly service as usual, especially from Jennifer Beaupre. Would always recommend using SITU for your apartment/studio long stays. They are a breath of fresh air, thank you guys at SITU.

I've had the privilege of working with Yolanda, Lucy, and Amelia over the past year to arrange short-term accommodations for my clients traveling to the Netherlands for business. They are a fantastic team, known for their prompt responses and excellent service. I wholeheartedly recommend Situ to anyone seeking a partner for short-term accommodation needs.

The StaySitu team are always a great help when it comes to sourcing temporary housing, even at short-notice, the team will always provide options in a timely and effective manner.
It's a pleasure working with them and their kind and effective assistance is always appreciated.

I am pleased to offer my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Situ and Pam, in helping us secure our apartment bookings. Working with Pam and the team is an absolute delight, and we are impressed by their friendly and helpful service. We are thoroughly satisfied with the professionalism and expertise received and you have been proactive in understanding our requirements and preferences, going above and beyond to ensure that we find the perfect apartments for our clients.

Josh was extremely accommodating; he understood our restrictions, listened to our needs, and delivered. He was quick to renegotiate on our behalf when a problem presented itself, which we appreciated, and he informed us every step of the way.

We will definitely be trusting Josh with out bookings in the future.

Fantastic and efficient friendly service from SITU, especially from Josh. Very easy to make enquiries and bookings with SITU and Josh. Highly recommend using SITU for any studio or apartment bookings as great prices too.

The Situ team are invaluable. I work for a busy travel management company and would be lost without them.
In comparison to other accommodation providers, they are incredibly fast, helpful, polite and professional.
They are just miles ahead of similar companies.

The booking process is always fantastic with Situ - knowledgeable, friendly team who have access to a seemingly endlessly supply of excellent apartments. Their exemplary relationship with their partners mean I can be confident of a seamless experience every time we book with them. Equally any issues are dealt with swiftly and transparently.

Some feedback on a recent booking:
"The apartment itself was excellent, providing all the comforts and amenities which needed for the comfortable stay. The rooms were exactly same as shown to me before my travel. The kitchen was fully equipped and I was able to prepare dishes on my own whenever I miss home food. Their weekly cleaning service and attention to detail were really remarkable. The apartment’s location was very convenient, as it was situated close to our office and all supermarkets & restaurants. This proximity made my daily commute easy and enjoy my evenings."

Situ really enhance our business travel programme and are a joy to work with.
