We do understand how disappointing it is to receive an item that doesn’t meet expectations, particularly when there appears to be a fault with one of the poppers.
For clarity, all of our delivery, returns, and handling terms—including return fees and the process for sending items back—are outlined on our website prior to purchase, as well as within our returns information section. This includes details regarding return postage and how returns are managed.
That said, where an item is confirmed to be faulty, we are of course happy to review this. If you return the coat to us, our team can inspect it and determine the appropriate resolution.
