We had a great, safe and pleasant stay The Harlesden Escape with our family. We travelled for our son’s graduation and the place was very comfortable and spacious for our group of 6. The building had great safety a features and an elevator as well.

Great accommodation and service from the team. Will definitely recommend and use ourselves again.

Really great communication. Fast responses when I’ve sent a message. Provided a phone number in case I needed anything during my stay

Wonderful apartment, clean and with everything you need to rest, eat and for 'personal hygiene. It feels like home. The staff was courteous and complied with my request to avoid using scented detergents because of my allergy. It is conveniently located close to downtown Oxford and necessary services, especially markets and restaurants. Only thing to note: the presence of stairs inside to access the apartment and the rooms located on the upper floor.

This is a horrible company. DO NOT rent from StayBeyond. If you have done so by accident (like I did on Hotels.com), cancel your reservation and book something else. Every place is for sale and you will be inundated with intrusive viewings at all hours (sometimes unannounced) and cleaners coming in every morning to do little other than push around your belongings. Customer service does not care, so if you have any minor issue at all, do not expect it to be addressed reasonably.

We had many issues during our stay, spent countless hours and emails addressing the issues, negotiating compensation for our inconveniences, and are still awaiting a refund FOUR MONTHS later.

We rented a flat in London for 3 weeks, while we were relocating to London from abroad. After paying a LOT of money, I asked to check in a few hours early, and was going to be charged £15/hour for early check-in. Annoying, but fine, they did say that on their website. I found other arrangements for my bags.

Upon arrival at the flat, the flat was absolutely freezing. The heat was switched off and there were no instructions on how to turn it on, and there is absolutely no way that anyone had been in the flat for a long time, as it was an unreasonable temperature. So, additionally annoying that they would've charged me to check in early, when the place was clearly vacant. I had to make numerous calls to get someone to come help with the heat.

Then came the viewings. EVERY SINGLE DAY. We had an average of 2-3 viewings per day during our stay, plus cleaners every day. We were informed that the flat was for sale after booking, but the email made it sound like there would be an occasional viewing. The expectation was NOT accurately set that this would be every day. It was absolutely unreasonable, extremely disruptive, and the management didn't care at all.

Two days into our stay, we lost heat and hot water for 48 hours. We were freezing, as it was the coldest time of the year in London. We spent hours on the phone negotiating compensation for this inconvenience. Still waiting any refund and doubtful if it will ever arrive.

We also had mouse poop on our bed, the cleaners took our key and we did not have access to the flat on one day. After all of this, they had the audacity to charge us £105 for a late check-out, when our permanent place was not ready until the evening of our checkout.

Utter chaos, and the worst customer experience I've ever had with a company. Do yourself a favor and run far away.

The kitchen is very clean and all the equipments are working well. The space is comfortable. The living room is cozy and the tv cable has a lot of programs could choose.

The apartment was really nice.
Better than the most I've staied in London in preovius vacancy. The Oval Stop for the underground is quite close (8min walk).

2 weakness:
- bathroom poor equiped and uncomfy
- a lot of mosquitos in the bath closet... this was quite bad to see

The apartment was very neat and homely, my siblings enjoyed their stay, we were suppose to stay for 5 nights and go to another hotel but we eventually extended our stay ans we stayed for 12 nights

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Location is great with easy access to tube and buses to zone 1. Nearby grocery store, halal butcher, tesco supermarket, halal fast food. Clean and Modern apartment with fully equip kitchen. Overall a good stay in London. Thanks

It was a wonderful spacious apartment and that is so close to Paddington Station that could get you access to everywhere in London. The place is clean and tidy.

Excellent experience. Booking process felt slightly confusing, we booked through Booking.com, felt a bit like then went through booking all over again with StayBeyond. But service was excellent, and the property itself was immaculate, amazing location, really great holiday.

I enjoyed my stay in this apartment , it was cozy and quite place with everything I needed. The location is great , it was easily to get the public transportation, cafes and stores .And I really liked the collection of books that was here.

Great central location apartment is lovely bigger than I expected but the stairway does need some TLC and a lick of paint

I stayed at a property in Oxford 14-17 March. This company has a policy of hanging on to your deposit for 2 weeks after you vacate. Then when you chase them they say they only do banking twice a week. Still waiting for my deposit back. Beware!

The flat was lovely, outstanding decoration and spacious enough for two people. Located in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to restaurants, bars and shops. Ownership was always very quick to reply and solved all our questions.
