Placed an order with Stauer on 5/31/2025. Was sent email on 6/3 and 6/12 saying they are waiting for parts.
My issue is now I am getting bombarded with emails trying to "sell me the store". Why would I buy more of their products when they can't get the thing I originally purchased?

Ordered 4-23, company said shipped 4-24. Did not receive. Contacted company 3-4 weeks later. Rep said holdup by post office., but would be shipped next day. Did not receive. Contacted by email twice since their call-back system was unresponsive. Still no delivery.

Been shopping with Stauer for 20-25 yrs...never have I experienced such poor product packaging (to save USPS shipping cost) and horrible refund policy!! "4-6 weeks"!
I ordered a simple jewelry ensemble: necklace, bracelet, matching earrings. It was sent in a bubble wrap flimsy envelope and arrived crushed! Sent back to Stauer. Told them it needs a BOX so won't arrive damaged. They sent it a 2nd time SAME WAY and arrived damaged again! Sent back. 3rd time sent, in a box, "disappeared" in USPS for 3 weeks. 4th time ordered it again and paid $30 to expedite shipment for a birthday party. It arrived the Monday AFTER the Sat. party. But the 3rd magically arrived as well. Sent back #4 for a $143.62 refund which Customer Service told me "due to all the issues you experienced, with this order, we're expediting your refund". 3 weeks later -- still no "expedited" refund -- argued with Customer Service representative who refused a supervisor AND questioned whether I sent it back or not (when, it was already notated in computer records it was received and the USPS tracking number confirmed it!).
I will never, ever, shop with Stauer again. This was unacceptable from the get-go...from trying to send a delicate jewelry set in a bubble envelope TWICE that was crushed by USPS and their slow processing of refunds unnecessarily.
For all those glowing Stauer reviews, let my experience provide you with what CAN and HAS happened to me. Unacceptable.

My wife used to buy occasional poor grade tat from this company. She passed away 7 years ago no matter how many times I return or explain she is no longer here ,Still they send they're catalogues to my home. Now they have eventually stopped using her name and now put the occupier..
Don't buy anything from them or give your address to this bunch of crooks.

Second try to get my rings that I ordered 21/2 months ago. They are paid in full, I don't understand why it is taking so long!

On April 8th 2025 a place of order. I pay it with my credit card everything was smooth I have no problem with my credit card and today is April 22nd 2025. When I went to check the status of my order, they cancelled my order without letting me know. I emailed them and they said within two business days they would reply back to me, but they never replied to me and instead they ignored me three times. So I took myself and I went to a different jewellery store and I got my cross. They never said that my order was backorder in the beginning when I placed the order, they lost while I gained.

Takes months to make a refund and getting in contact with support is impossible. Avoid them at all costs. Scam business and company.

NEVER sign up for this company's mailing list. They will bombard you with multiple mailings per week and will not remove you even if you request it multiple times.

I called today to buy my husband a watch for his 85th birthday. I had a 75 dollar coupon but the watch was 149.00. Well no deal unless I bought another prime membership. We are in our 80's how much can we use at this point in our lives. Well I thought for a dollar difference they would have my back. She tried to sell me all kinds of deals when I said that's all I want she then told me if I want a 29.00 dollar watch she would be happy to order one. You can keep that loud mouth I will never buy another thing from Stauer

Embarassing! Received a gift from my mother-in-law that was not my taste. I wanted to discreetly exchange it for another piece of jewelry. After sending it in and not hearing anything, I called Stauer.

So what did they do? They sent the exchanged item to the gift giver instead of to me. When I challenged the Customer Service representative about this policy, she stood by it and said that is the way it works.

Why would I order a gift for someone from Stauer if they couldn't exchange it discreetly. Please reconsider this silly policy.

over the years, I have bought a fair amount from this outfit, tried their membership plan for a year and my most recent order will put them at the bottom of sellers I will use.
They charged me for insurance and just short of 20 bucks for shipping a 1 pound package... nuts to that in the future.
some of the past orders really fall short from the picture presented and that is disappointing.

Was never a jewelry company until a few days ago. It’s fake cheap crap. They mark down as if it’s been long high priced and you’re getting a deal. But in reality it’s worth less than the $12 it’s “marked down” to. Though it was not pre priced higher because it was never pre valued higher. Deceptive. Item never comes. Sells bird feeders to weird non relevant items. Now decides it’s a jeweler. Funny. Avoid avoid avoid

Worst company wait time & packaging!
Waited almost 6 weeks for a hummingbird feeder for my wife’s main Christmas gift. It came Dec 19th and the feeders were shattered beyond belief with no damage done to the box. I’d give them a 0 if I could.
Trust me and don’t bother going through the headaches with this place. Ridiculous

Survival kit: Good deal! Ordered 5 for gifts. 1st one the watch didn't work, came apart. 2nd one watch came apart and light inop. 3,4,5, work ok, so far. Sent 1st one back 1st week. No response or refund. Would return others but return only within 30 days, otherwise "store credit", (thanks but no thanks). Oh well ...SO! The day after I wrote the above ,a replacement, which all worked, arrived. Oh well (again)

I ordered a watch from Stauer. After 3 weeks it still hadn't shipped so I called to cancel the order. I was placed on hold for over an hour twice and never got to speak to anyone. I sent 3 emails to cancel my order and never received a response. Four days after my last cancelation notice I received an email stating that my item has been shipped. Now I have to send the item back and wait 4-5 weeks for a refund. Terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and order from a more reputable company.

I bought a turquoise bracelet from Stauer. It wasn't even Sterling silver and the turquoise was plastic! Garbage jewelry. Wasn't worth $5.00. Don't buy anything from them!!!

Bought a diamond tennis bracelet from them and a month later it fell apart. They want 12.50 to send it back for replacement. Junk. Don’t waste your money or time.

Took my watch, after two years, for a new battery, but it fell to pieces and was unable to be repaired.

Poor delivery services...15 days and NO sign of my watch. CSRs have no clues exactly where it is. Won't refund or send another watch...Disappointing...
