Statics Wanted Arvostelua

I spoke with John Adams he was honest and fair and offered me a good price for my caravan. I felt that I could trust him. We have decided to keep the caravan for another year and will certainly be happy to sell to statics wanted next year.

Friendly and good and thorough advice. Also, very patient with me.

John is a very professional, knowledgable and friendly person to deal with.
He offered excellent advice about the sale of our caravan.

I highly recommend his excellent advice, professionalism and expertise.

Extremely helpful throughout. Very quick to respond to me and explained everything very clearly. Then very good with the follow-up. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Very helpful and respectful man nothing to much to ask 🤲🏻❤️

So far so good. Contacted a few traders but the best offer came from Statics Wanted. I spoke with John Adams on 20 Aug 26 who was very pleasant, helpful and easy to deal with. He explained the process thoroughly and after I submitted numerous photos of the caravan he came back with what I thought to be a very reasonable offer compared to other traders who I'd been in contact with. (though you'd always like more). I did mention to John will they honour the price offered and he was confident that should happen given the number of detailed photos of the caravan I submitted. Next stage is we have someone from Statics Wanted coming to inspect the caravan in person. Fingers crossed there are no surprises and the quote offered is honoured. Watch this space. Initial contact made on 20 Aug 26 but we were not ready to release caravan until early Oct 26 when replacement caravan was ready. Hence apparentl delay. Caravan being released was 2010 Willerby Leven, 2 Bedroom, Full C/H & D/G in excellent condition. I look forward to a successful co-ordinated collection from the Park. Trecco Bay, Porthcawl. Thank you to all involved.

What a brilliant service from this company. Helpful, polite and honest.
I can’t recommend them enough for anyone who wants to sell their static caravan for a fair price.
Thank you so much Chris for all your help.

Selling my static caravan was made easy with Chris & Heather. They have answered all my questions and if Chris has been away, Heather has been there. They always get back to you. Excellent,
Honest, reliable service. My van is old but they were still happy to buy it & deal with the site to take it away.

We contacted this company to see if they would purchase our caravan which we didn’t want anymore. We worked with Chris and from the start to the end Chris provided a professional guide and assured us that he would support us throughout the process. The service that Chris provided was excellent! Chris was knowledgeable, experienced and most importantly polite and professional. Chris traveled to our site and assessed the caravan and provided a reasonable offer, which we accepted. All the administrative support was also provided by Heather regarding the transportation and collection of the caravan. Just as Chris promised the funds were sent on the day of the collection and the process was painless! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking to sell a static caravan. A well run company with people who care about what they do! A special thank you to Chris for your personal approach and understanding! It’s not often you receive this level of customer service from companies these days! Well done Chris! Thank you..

Very professional and upfront dealings with Chris. Great at maintaining communication.

Needed to sell our caravan, messaged a few companies who buy and move off site for you. Statics Wanted was by far the best, Chris was very helpful explained everything to us as well as advice on keeping our decking to sell on site to other owners so we could get more money back.
He responded back to us quickly took as much information then did some searches, came back to us within a few hours the same day didn’t pressure us and gave us a very fair price, much better than the other companies who offered thousands less!!
Would highly recommend this company if you need to sell your caravan at good price…

I dealt with Chris at Statics Wanted. As a result of my conversations with Chris, I couldn’t recommend this company any more. Chris was so kind, honest and happy to share his expertise. I was very grateful for this. The quote received from Statics Wanted was also higher than other quotes we received.

I would very much recommend Static wanted. I was very happy what I was offered off Statics wanted. My brother passed away shortly after he purchased his caravan and had to sell. Chris was a diamond and gave me so much constructive advice and very empathetic. Such an easy and smooth process.

We approached Statics - wanted after a decision to sell our holiday lodge after suffering huge financial loss from the holiday purchase 4 years ago. I contacted Chris to discuss Statics purchasing our lodge and he was very helpful and scheduled to view the lodge within days of our conversation. From start to finish the process couldn’t have been easier and stress free. We had a good price from Statics - wanted, which went some way to recoup our losses. Chris then passed us on to Heather, who dealt with the process of collection and payments. Heather was knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. It was an easy process for us and we are so grateful.

Chris has been amazing. Even though I didn’t end up selling the caravan. His advice was really helpful and talked me through all the steps that would happen, if and when I sold it. Would definitely recommend.

Hi following on from our offer yesterday via email as requested, I've not heard back, so i would be grateful if you could advise if you are happy for us to close off your enquiry at this point.
Kind regards

Yes please. The site have offered us a deal on a replacement that we're considering

Upgrading ?
Thought you weren't happy since the park changed hands !
Not a route I would take, but none the less, I wish you best of luck with it all

It's only something we're considering. However, if we decide to still sell we'll go elsewhere. Kind regards

Nice

Be aware. Their advertising talk a good fight but when it comes to stepping in the ring it a different tale. Was offered 9k on a one year old static caravan that was purchased for 80k brand new last year. How do you sleep at night Sonia and what are you sprinkling on your corn flakes !!!

Put my details on their web site TWICE, not even a call back

I've given this 1 star as I couldn't leave a zero! Just had a message from Steve with by far the lowest offer for our caravan. The offer was so low at first I thought it was a joke - but then I realised it wasn't! Sellers beware - avoid at all costs!

My step mum decided to sell her static caravan. The park wasn't particularly helpful so we began looking online. I sent an enquiry to statics-wanted.co.uk and received a call from Steve. A couple of exchanges via whatsapp of info, a very good price was agreed and the paperwork was sent with the deposit paid same day.

Steve came to check the caravan out, explained the process and will arrange transport (at their cost)
