I have had 3 sessions with Greg at State11. Each session I have felt welcome and relaxed. Greg listens to your issues and gets right into fixing you.

Greg treated me back in May and within 2 days, I was able to walk pain-free. Similar symptoms returned 2 months later, again - 1 treatment from Greg and back to pain free. Went out of his way to see me at short notice. Can't recommend enough. Thanks, Greg!

Saw Greg with neck and shoulder pain. After approx 30 mins of (somewhat painful) treatment, I felt better already. Little achy today as expected but such a relief not to have pain any more. Greg really puts you at ease too.

Greg was amazing! Had an injury to my knee and didn’t know what to expect but the moment I arrived, Greg put me at ease with his fantastic sense of humour. 2 days later and I am already feeling a huge difference.
Isn’t pushy in the slightest around booking back in and asides from the treatment itself which can be painful at times, it was a pleasure to meet him! Will definitely be returning if needed.

Been coming to Greg on and off for four years. Came with numerous past injuries which would flare up an cause new imbalances. After six sessions with him felt better than new and now see him once every year or two. I recommend him to anyone with similar issues or niggles.

Greg really is a miracle worker! I went in with an arm injury that was causing me extreme pain and I had lost all movement in it. At the end of the session the pain had reduced to a much more manageable level and I had much improved movement in the arm. I never expected one session to achieve so much. I am extremely grateful for Greg's expertise in knowing what was wrong and how to fix it and for being such a welcoming and friendly face when your feeling at your most vulnerable with pain.

I was in terrible pain from Sciatica when I visited Greg yesterday. I could barely walk. Today, I am much improved and able to walk normally. The pain has not completely gone but well on the way and all thanks to Greg’s magic hands. I cannot thank Greg enough. He knew exactly what to do to make me feel better. Fantastic service. I injured my back playing basketball, and a friend recommended I go to Greg to help with it. I had never done any kind of physio before, but Greg instantly made me feel super comfortable with it, and was very easy to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and after about 30 minutes of our session, my pain was barely bothering me! I could even touch my toes, which I’m not even sure I could do before the injury!

My first visit today and o.m.g. it's like magic.Greg was amazing. he was so nice,he chatted and made me feel at ease and then he went to work. Within about 40 minutes my knee felt so much better after being in pain for quite a long time. I will certainly be recommending him to everyone I have ever met. Thank you state 11.

I went with a shoulder problem and had difficulty moving my arm. After what felt like being beaten up I could move my arm much more freely. The next day I felt very sore and tender around the shoulder but could still move my arm much better. Two days on and doing the exercises I'd been given, I'm in less pain and the tenderness is going. Hurrah, although it does mean I now have to clean the windows without complaining about my shoulder. All worth the discomfort to feel this much better. Thoroughly recommend going if you have soft tissue problems.

Many thanks to Greg for seeing me so quickly and doing a fantastic job! I could hardly walk with a bad back when I got to Greg and within 30 mins he had me upright and walking again and in much less pain, a really nice guy. I will using him again if I have any issues.

Greg made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in, with his warm & chirpy manner, I have been suffering from a lot of pain in my shoulders & right arm for some months now & being a builder it is a big hindrance but with his professionalism & know how Greg has certainly made a difference for the better with both my shoulders & arm feeling so much better & I will definitely be visiting him again in the not to distant future for follow up treatment if required.

Met Greg last night for my first session, absolute top bloke and knows his stuff. Got straight to work on my issues, very knowledgeable and made sure I knew what and why he was doing what he was, left with a good understanding of what to expect in the coming days. Looking forward to my next session.

After visiting Greg yesterday, yes on a Sunday, I had no pain in my shoulder last night or today! I’m all taped up! I even did Legs Bums and Tums class this morning but did as Greg suggested and treated it like a rehabilitation exercise! All good, full arm movement!

Amazing, friendly, healing. I couldn’t walk upright when I went in to see Greg yesterday, pulled a muscle in my lower back, laid up for a week. He got straight to it, high intensity and within half an hour I felt brand new. I’m sore today but thanks to Greg on the mend and mobile! Don’t hesitate just go.

No pain no gain! I have to admit I could reach higher and had more movement in my shoulders. Had some really good games of Badminton since!

I feel like my knee has been oiled. Painfully oiled, but oiled and feeling much better. Greg has magic hands, I will be going back as 40 years of mistreatment won't be fixed in one session. At least I'll be ready for the pain this time, but looking forward to the outcome.

I made the appointment after deciding that 2024 would be my year to sort aches and ailments.. turns out, I should have done this years ago (huge facepalm!)
I dislocated my shoulder around 15yrs ago, and then again 4yrs ago - I’ve been to loads of physios and had sports massages etc over the years, however it’s always still ached and I’ve just “tolerated” it.. I genuinely should have made this appointment ages ago, in the past 3 days since my appointment my shoulder feels lighter and freer than ever, yes Greg’s wizardry did hurt at the time, with the following day it feeling achy - but since, it’s not even a niggle and I’m hopeful it’ll be onwards and upwards with exercises etc to continue strengthening.
