Start Solar Arvostelua

Installed more that a year ago on the agreed day by skilled staff with no disruption to household.
A small teething issue was quickly resolved.
Approx. 1.3 times annual electricity consumption in first year (16 panels installed). Regular charging of EV car and no electricity bills to pay for the last year.
I would definitely recommend them.

I got a 5.6kw system installed and is working fantastic. I also got them to put a 4kw system for a second house I have rented out and that system also works perfectly

I am very happy with the 6.4 KW solar system installed by Start Solar. We also had a 2.4 KW battery and an Eddi installed. A few months later, Donal did a great job installing a Zappy unit as we were thinking of getting an EV and wanted to avail of the grant while available.
Margaret and Fiona were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They also helped with all the paperwork needed for the SEAI grant application for the system.
The complete installation took just one day and was tidy and neat. We did experience a problem with the inverter fan this summer which we reported. Margaret promptly organised a resolution of the issue which entailed Donal fitting a replacement component. It is working fine since.
It's very satisfying to see on the Solis App provided, how much energy we are saving and how much green energy we are putting back into the grid and getting paid for it.
I am delighted that we selected Start Solar to undertake this project for us as they have a good team, service and products. I can highly recommend Start Solar.

Great company to deal with from the first visit to the final installation. Really happy with my panels, Eddie water heating and batteries. Saving money already and thinking of adding a ev charger soon .

Great conpany. Comunication and installation was very fast and profesional. They was very heloful throught all the proces. They also did all the paperwork needed for the grant. Also afterservice is briliant and they are ready to help whenewer I contact them.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish, got a 4.3kw system with 10kw batteries and Eddi water heater installed here in Dublin, The installers where less than a day to do everything, roofers got the panels up while electricians where getting all their side of the install sorted brilliant team effort just great lads. And thank you to Darren for everything you did and to the girls in the office that made sure all the paperwork was in order thank you. Highly recommend.

Start Solar came highly recommended to us here at Autozonecars Coleraine, we made a large investment with them which has helped the environment and proved financially very successful.
The staff, especially Suzi and Andrew, are very knowledgeable and attentive, but most importantly the little hitch I had was dealt with quickly and professionally, which is hard to come by these days.
I couldn’t recommend Start Solar highly enough but please be patient they are very busy !!

Great experience from start to finish from Andrew and the team. We got a 4kw solar system, hot water diverter and electric charger installed with Start Solar and the installation was painless. I'm delighted with the results and love how I can track my usage and savings on the app. I highly recommend this company.

Had an appointment arranged for 11 a.m. my never turned up
There guy rang me at 12:30 p.m. to ask over the phone how many panels I would require without doing the survey of though I stayed in waiting for them to come also would not give me a quote without me referring three further friends strange get up if you ask me disappointed is a understatement not happy

Excellent service from start to finish, had seriously been let down by EON waiting 7 months for no install spoke to the girls in the office at start solar and had the system up and running within 2 weeks, the fitters were polite and professional very pleased with the service.

Had start solar install a solar panel system to my house on whitesides road on 18th Feb. The work carried out by both roofers and and the sparks was outstanding. From the original consultation through to the helpful girls in the office, and finally the install, was just 1st class. So just a big thankyou to start solar can't recommend you enough

4Kw sys with 5Kw battery in Dublin. From the outset, Start Solar (SS) were extremely professional - time targets and full information and documentation was supplied. SS made all the running with SEAI re grant and with ESB Networks for grid link. The on site work itself took just over half a day. System is working well and production is ramping up nicely as the days lenghten.

Had great service from quotation to install. Very good communication from the team. I went out for five quotes, start solar offered and delivered the best value solution for what I wanted. The project was installed in a day, two weeks after I accepted the quote. I would definitely recommend.

From Start to finish this was a very smooth process and start solar were the most competitive in the Irish marketplace. We went for a 6.8 with a 5.1 battery and its works well even in the winter months and looks well on both roofs. From Darren's quote and attentiveness, to the team at the office all to the way to the installation and after sales service the process was great. The installers in particular were punctual, friendly and efficient. I would recommend Start Solar to anyone thinking of gong this route. Brian - Drogheda, Ireland

Start Solar Irl - a tremendous company to work with. New to solar technology so I sought plenty of info from the market & 6 quotes from various companies. Start Solar were the best priced & by far the most professional in every aspect of choosing the right system. Excellent, courteous sales & office staff & the icing on the cake was the brilliant team who were charged with the installation. 3 roofers & 4 electricians arrived at 7.45am ...all smiling despite the zero temp! A pleasure to have them in our home, nothing too much trouble. We encountered an issue with the fuseboard but this was not a problem..just a 'wee' challenge to work around which possibly meant an extra hour's work.. no drama, no complaints from these true professionals; throughout the process we were asked many times if we were happy with the work. They were so tidy & so fast..20 panels erected, associated electrical work, app installed, all in 6 hours & generating electricity ..mind you I dont think they even stopped for tea! A great experience & I would highly recommend Start Solar Irl.
