I thing its one of the very big scammer pro firm of pro firm industry. So all are dear friends avoid this firm.

Here are some points that should be checked honestly:

1. I received my real account on November 11, 2024. I sent a withdrawal request to the support via email on November 28, 2024. The Starter Prop Trader support team
told me to postpone the payment to January 13, 2025 but they did not do as promised. Until now, I have not received the payment.

2. The leverage rate they advertise is 1:100 which is not true. When you receive a real account, your leverage will be reduced to below 1:20.

All of the above are true. Do not trust this company that is scamming traders.

Hello, I bought two accounts and passed two exams, but they gave me back the money I bought, but they did not pay me for passing the exam.I was supposed to be given $300

Don't buy anything here, my money has been hanging for over a month, I did all I was required to do but they have refused to pay me for no reason other than they are scammers.
I have switched to simplechange'inc, after I got a testimony about it from my work colleague. I'm happy working with them as well and I have made much more than I lost to SPT.

They lure you with huge discounts, and in the end they just take away your money and time.
Trading is not an easy profession, and you can also fall for such scams. It's a pity that I fell for them.

I passed 2 challenges, received 2 funded accounts of 50K each. Funded account 50K 1940078 04.11.2024, Funded account 50K 1940454 14.11.2024.
I requested the withdrawal of profits from both accounts of $1188.68 on December 2, 2024. StarterProp reschedules the payment date - 4 times, the first on December 9, second on December 19, third on January 5,2025, fourth on January 30,2025.
Instead of the promised leverage of 100 which is indicated on the site and at the moment of passing the Challenge I was given on the Funded accounts - 5 leverage, and 2 weeks later they made 1 leverage on both accounts. (0.1 lot on Gold).
Trading on both my accounts has been disabled since December 12, and StarterProp replied that trading was disabled until i get payout.
This company is the biggest SCAM and FRAUD !!!

You have no words in common. Trust pilot review replied saying they will give me my profit. Email will not give me any profit or fee refund. Everyone be careful they are all scammers.

Biggest scammers don't pay out. Wait 3 months for payout. Don't buy anything here guys. Wait also 6 months for the affiliate payouts. Check Trustpilot, everything negative. They are also registered at an address in Dubai, where all scammers were previously registered. And they block you by any negative comments or questions. I rarely leave reviews, but in this case, I decided to share my experience with this company based solely on facts.

In October of this year, I started working with the company, investing $932 to purchase accounts with the goal of earning a profit. At the beginning of November, I received two funded accounts worth $10,000 each and earned $2,551.66 on one of them.

On November 27, I submitted a withdrawal request for $1,705.49, of which 50% of the profit was supposed to be mine. Three days later, the company responded, stating that the payout was scheduled for December 18. However, on December 17, one day before the promised date, I contacted the company to confirm whether the payment would be made on time. In response, they informed me that the payout was postponed to January 12, explaining that their financial manager had decided they had reached their monthly payment limit.

Earlier, on December 17, I requested a refund of some funds since I still had two active funded accounts and two purchased accounts. The company assured me that the refund would be processed within 2–3 business days.

Today marks the last of those promised refund days, yet I have not received any funds or updates regarding the status of the transfer.

Throughout this entire process, I have repeatedly contacted customer support, but their responses have been significantly delayed. The company consistently avoided giving direct answers, instead referring to internal processes or claiming a lack of specific information. Such behavior raises serious doubts about their reliability and professionalism.

I understand that delays can happen in any business, but when promises are not fulfilled, and explanations sound like excuses, it completely undermines trust and discourages any further collaboration with the company. With each passing day, I become more skeptical of their integrity.

For anyone considering working with this company, I strongly advise you to think carefully. My experience has shown that instead of the promised convenience and transparency, I encountered missed deadlines, unjustified delays, and poor communication.

I am disappointed because I wasted 3 months of my time.

Also those who receive payment from this company are not halal because they pay you from the funds of the traders they deceived

On December 20th I just received a letter about being late and also my refund will be processed within 2-3 days, perhaps on December 25th I will supplement my review

UPDATE: 27 decembder 2024. Today I received my refund only for funded accounts, I didn't get a refund for the purchased phase passes, so according to the terms this company is my debtor for $1,275.83

I traded with this company for 2 months, 2 phases went through quickly, I waited for a funded account for about a week, then I earned 3% on my $10k account, I decided to withdraw this small profit on November 29, but they told me to wait until December 18 because that they allegedly ran out of money in the cash register. And today they said that they have already spent all the money planned for December this month and now they need to wait until January 12, on the website it was written, that they have payments every 14 days. And my friend was asked to give a good rating on trustpilot, only after that he was paid about $700. As a result, I have not been able to receive my $240 for almost a month, and probably in January they will say that they will pay in February. You will be delayed and prevented from getting paid all the time! and in the end you will be told that the planned reserve for the month is over and you will not be paid anything! I purchased a $50.000 account from starterprop on November 17, 2024. I passed the challenge and became a funded account account owner on November 27, 2024. When I got my account I saw that the leverage ratio was set to 1/1. I did not purchase this, I purchased 1/100 lavarage account. I mailed 48 times and they said that they will fix it on Monday, they promised. But they didnot.
Anyway, i started to trade, used 0,5 lot only and i grow up account to 51.045 dollars. Our agreement is %85 profit share and account fee. So they must pay me 1105 dollars. But they didnot. They said that, i need to wait one week to payout, i said ok and i waited…after one week, Today i asked for payout and they says that, i need to wait until january 5, 2025. Also, whenever I email them, they tell me that there is an agreement between us and if I tell anyone about my experience, they will close my account, they have threaten me.
They will not pay any payment to me, because they are scammers.. Please do not buy any account from them. They stole my money, at least they can't steal anyone else's money.

So the good news is if you will place a SL they will close your trade 2 to 3 dollar above/below. I took their evolution challenge and yes they are successfully scammed my money

Scam firm. Doesn't pay

If you succeed in the challenge, they will lower your leverage. For example, you cannot even take a 1 lot EURUSD position with a 50k account. When you ask them about this, they will say excessive leverage on the demo account, if you ask how many lots of positions can I take at the same time, they will babble about market conditions and will not give you a clear answer. I would have been less upset if I had been scammed at the beginning, being scammed after passing the challenge is much worse.

Я купил прохождение на $100,000 аккаунт. Сначала все шло нормально, и я успешно завершил прохождение за две недели. Однако все проблемы начались после этого.

Получение фандед-аккаунта: три недели ожидания

После прохождения теста я ждал три недели, чтобы получить свой фандед-аккаунт. Это уже вызвало вопросы, но самое интересное началось потом.

Урезание лота до 0.1

На аккаунте в $100,000 мне урезали лот до 0.1, аргументируя это тем, что я открывал сделки с большими объемами (16-20 лотов). На самом деле, я торговал волатильные активы с риском 0.5%-1% и стопом в 5 пунктов, что делает такие объемы нормальными. Я две недели спорил с ними, чтобы получить хотя бы адекватный лот. В итоге они подняли его до 4, но это заняло много времени и нервов.

Выплаты и манипуляции с отзывами

Первая выплата стала отдельным испытанием. На ее обработку ушло три дня, включая их проверки и задержки. Но после выплаты мне заблокировали аккаунт из-за того, что я не оставил положительный отзыв на Trustpilot. Только после публикации отзыва аккаунт разблокировали, на что ушло еще три дня.

Игнорирование вопросов в поддержке

Поддержка StarterPropTrader игнорирует любые вопросы, связанные с выплатами или фандедом. Зато на вопросы о покупке счетов или акциях отвечают быстро. Если задать неудобный вопрос или потребовать что-то, ваше сообщение просто удаляют.

Вторая выплата и повторное урезание лота

Вторую выплату я ждал уже около четырех дней. После этого они снова потребовали оставить положительный отзыв и заявили, что перевели меня в так называемую “А-книгу”, после чего снова урезали мой лот до 0.1. Они объясняли это тем, что видят мои успешные выводы средств и хотят “обезопасить нас от рисков”. Замечу, что именно они сами ранее установили мне лот 4.

Блокировка аккаунта и ложные обвинения

После моего требования вернуть лот до 4 или перевести меня обратно в “Б-книгу”, они обещали “рассмотреть вопрос” и пропали на две недели. Все это время мои сообщения в поддержке игнорировались, а в Discord-группе просто удаляли мои вопросы. В итоге меня перевели обратно в “Б-книгу”, но лот так и не вернули. Через неделю аккаунт был окончательно заблокирован под предлогом, что с него якобы торговали третьи лица.

Итог

StarterPropTrader — это компания, которая:

Затягивает процесс получения фандед-аккаунта.

Урезает лоты, если видит, что вы успешно выводите деньги.

Требует положительных отзывов под угрозой блокировки аккаунта.

Игнорирует вопросы и удаляет сообщения, если они им неудобны.

Находит любые причины, чтобы заблокировать аккаунт и не выплачивать деньги.

Мой совет — держитесь подальше от StarterPropTrader. Они создают видимость профессионализма, но на самом деле это компания, которая манипулирует своими трейдерами и скрывает свои реальные намерения. Берегите свои нервы и деньги!

Скамная компания, я даже не хочу с этим разбираться, тк сумма не большая, но давайте я отпишу все что есть дабы предостеречь остальных

1) Не выплачивают вовремя - запрашиваешь на 14 день, тебе назначают «стандартную проверка от менеджера», которой нету ни на сайте, ни в договоре и занимает 2-3 дня. Далее бывает история с делением выплаты 2 части, то есть выплачивают условно в среду 1 часть и в субботу 2 часть (запомните момент с субботой). То есть по итогу проторговав 14 дней, вы ждете выплату в районе ~20 дней, после выплаты так же есть то, что у них нужно ПРОСИТЬ активировать аккаунт, кстати кнопки вывода на сайте так же нету, нужно ВЫПРАШИВАТЬ и ждать часами ответ от сапорта в дискорде.
2) Отвратительная поддержка, отвечает часами, тегаешь в группу, причем в языковых (русской, турецкой и английской) и только после ты получаешь ответ.
3) ВЫПРАШИВАЮТ ГРУБО отзывы, то есть банят аккаунты, не разрешают торговать, пока не оставите отзыв, причем это делают в открытую и даже тычет контрактом, мол там все прописано, а если вы ситуацию с ними где-то в паблике озвучите, то банят акки сразу, мол озвучивание конфиденциальной информации.
4) При 1-2 выплате режут плечи, условно на моем 10к акке я мог открывать изначально лот 2 (что вполне адекватно), далее срезали и стал макс 1.5, в крайний раз срезали до 0.4, теперь вопрос, за 14 дней если открыть сделку только в одну сторону и держать свинг (что кстати у них нельзя), то нужно продержать 200 пипс на активе, который идет ток в одну сторону и тогда вы сделаете свои 8%
4) Сегодня произошла ситуация, выкатывают мне что-то за 3 лицо, А-ля кто-то еще участвует в моей торговле и лицо торгующее отличается от того, на которое зарегистрировано

По итогу выплату не получил, так же обещали вернуть стоимость челленджа и уже 9 дней жду этого возврата, новостей нет, ответа от поддержки нет

Кстати в крайний раз на днях я запросил выплату, точнее НАЧАЛ ПРОСИТЬ АКТИВИРОВАТЬ КНОПКУ, но к сожалению они не отреагировали мол проверка менеджером и запросите в СУББОТУ, но в субботу получил ответ, что они отдыхают :)

Вообще получил суммарно 2 выплаты, нервов потратил больше, сильно не рекомендую.

Очень быстро вывели деньги после запроса. Правда после прохождения челенджа были ньюасны с кредитным плечем , но когда написал в поддержку то вопрос быстро решили. Работаем дальше !

Со второй выплатой начались проблемы, так как первая выплата была 270$ ее быстро выплатили чтобы получить отзыв, но вторая уже на 3400$ . И вот что произошло

Я приобрел челендж на старт Starter PropTrader на пятьдесят тысяч долларов. Условиями акции было указано, что я смогу запросить вывод средств через семь дней торговли. После успешного прохождения челенджа и получения прибыли в восемь процентов, я попытался вывести средства. Однако компания затянула процесс, перенесла дату вывода на неделю, а потом ещё на несколько недель, утверждая, что будет выплачивать прибыль частями по тысяче долларов каждые десять дней. Мой аккаунт № (55028). Это вызывает серьёзные сомнения в надежности компании. Я крайне недоволен таким отношением и не рекомендую связываться с SmartPropTrader.

Потом написали что вернут деньги за челендж если я удалю отзыв, вернули, в общем это дно рынка двойной Скам !

Ваш ответ вместе с рефандом можете засунуть себе глубоко в задницу . В сфере трейдинга до выплаты доходят 2% людей, и вы их умудряется скамить. Скоро ваша шарага отправится к праотцам где ей и место.
