Buyer Beware.
Received a sweater that did not fit and wanted to return. They ship from overseas and the company expects you to pay for the return shipping which is quite expensive.

While I was able to get a refund for my order, I am now receiving a bill from UPS for tariff and broker fees for the original shipment to me. No where on their website do they state that the customer is responsible for shipping or any other charges regarding the order.

I will never order from them again and wanted everyone to be aware of this scam.

Ordered a jacket on 12/02/25. got an email response right away stating would ship soon. Website says within 2 weeks. It is now 12/28/25 and I have received no further communication. Have emailed multiple times for update as well as done the'24/7 chat' and NEVER received any response. I did ask chat gbt about website before purchase, and response was 68% positive reviews online. Based on my experience, I believe I have been scammed. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Their using pictures of the original products and selling fakes. The business address is listed as Florida but its products come from Pakistan. Avoid this site at all cost!

Item was not what I ordered. Quality 0, I had to pay for the return to Asia. Total scam.

I am very happy with the jacket I received. I ordered it on December 19th and I received it today January 3rd. They contacted me before they shipped it to ask me if it was needed for Christmas because they weren't going to be able to get it to me before then. I thought that was very considerate of them and told them I did want the jacket that it was for me and I was happy to wait. I contacted them one other time to request a shipment date they got back to me as quickly as they heard from me and I received the jacket within their two week time frame. I am surprised to see so many bad reviews when my experience was absolutely great. The jacket does have a bit of a chemical smell I'm sure will easily fixed. It fits well and is very good quality. I will not hesitate to buy another jacket from them.

Ordered an alpha industries yankees jacket as per the photo on the website. It's been over a month and still no word and the jacket will be a knock-off (fake) very disappointing experience.

Ordered 1 item on 8 Dec 2023. It is now 17 Jan 2024 and have not received my order. Have emailed the vendor multiple occasions for a status update, received replies stating the order would be shipped soon and they would send my tracking information in a few days. That never happened. Upon one of the recent email follow-ups I sent, they replied stating the item.has been shipped, yet did not give me the tracking information. I asked for a reason why this order is taking such an unreasonable amount of time to be delivered, but no response. I have notified them by email to provide the tracking information for my order. If I again receive no response nor my item, I will take the legal measures against this company. Warning to consumers: avoid making any purchases from this company.

[UPDATE]: Finally received order but item was not correct. Received item that was not the product that was advertised or that I selected. Contacted Seller again via email to notify that I want my full refund and to be provided the steps for returning the item. They attempted to negotiate stating that would provide a 40% refund if I kept the item. I replied with declination of the offer due to not wanting the incorrect item, and that I was needing the steps for returning the item to get my money back. Making a purchase from this seller was a huge mistake. Many red flags after the initial purchase. Consumers beware.

Website stated that if it was ordered before Dec10th that it would arrive before Christmas. Well it didn’t and tried to contact to return it . Did not reply and send folllow email. Many apologies and finally received the notification to return to Johannesburg South Africa yet their place of business states that they are in CA. This so wrong and disputing the charge DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! Their website should state exactly where the product is shipping from in order to make an informative decision prior to making the commitment to spend our hard working money!

they never answer to customer emails.the products are really bad.if you ask for a refund the ask you to send back the jacket to dubai.the price from europe to dubai is more then the price of the jackets.they are swindler

Paid for a leather jacket on the 14th April and delivered to the UK 21st and the jackets is exactly what I ordered fast and efficient service although I did email them a few times no replies but to be honest starjackets.com came through
