We got a great deal & seamless installation
Finding a good internet service for my building had been such a nightmare. Starry was offering a deal of 60 days free and a FREE $50 prepaid master card and a seamless installation. Our technician Luis Muniz was knowledgeable polite clean and knew exactly how to handle our complex building issues. With pre-war buildings it’s hard for the connection to get through everywhere. He solved our problem with ease and efficiency. Working from home will be much more enjoyable now. Thank you starry!!!

Christian was awesome
Christian was awesome! His service was over and above. He came very quickly- within 30-40 mins of the two hour time window I received. He very quickly assessed the issue, and explained the problem with ease and friendliness! Christian also saved me from an extraneous cost he noticed- my starry router monthly rental fee $14.99/mo, because I can simply plug straight into my personal router that I’d already integrated. No need to connect to starry router at all - I never knew that! Thank you so much, Christian!!! Warm Regards, Amy :)
