I sent my parcels from Hyderabad to Ireland and they promised to deliver the parcels in 2 weeks. I did not receive the parcels for a month and I started calling and messaging them for updates. They picked my call only 2 out of 100+ times I called. During that 2 times they mentioned that they are going to deliver in 1 week but they never delivered and it's more than 3 months and I did not received my parcels. I asked for the tracking details which they refused to share. I had to send them a legal notice with timelines and then wait to go to consumer court to deal with the issues. I sent around 100 kg parcels and paid them 90000 rupees. If you want to send parcels go with the reputed and official vendors where you get status updates and response properly instead of these kind of evicting people.

STAR INTERNATIONAL COURIER IN BEGUMPET!!! Beware of these scammers!!! They are not even picking up the call. Star international courier begumpet gives false information and says that customers are covered up to 25k for any missed or damaged items but they don’t pay a single penny. I had almost 20k worth items damaged and these liars forget about paying for my damages they are not even picking up the calls! This is up to 28.2.26 update guys! I really don’t want any customers to face this!! We buy items from our hard earned money and simply trust courier people to send our valuable items but this star international courier in begumpet is shocking!! Damaged all my valuable items,they pack in front of you but when they take it to office they stole some of my items as my items also missing it’s really depressing and frustrating to see the disgusting service!! I have uploaded in google reviews some damaged goods photos!! Don’t take this STAR INTERNATIONAL COURIER IN BEGUMPET SERVICES and end up suffering like me🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
