I was super happy with my experience
I was super happy with my experience, however I was expecting that I would receive 2 certificates, given that it was intended for my 2 grandchildren. I was hoping they would each receive their own personal certificate. As they are twins, I thought it would be a forever gift personnaly for each of them.

I thought that I already had an account with this company but I went on the chat and I found out that I didn’t. The assistant on the chat was very helpful and I managed to create an account and purchase a star that I have named after my mother that passed away in January. My experience was AWFUL with this…
My experience was AWFUL with this company. I purchased & paid then $148.02 (also paid extra to expedite) on June 18th. to get a star in memory of my precious niece who passed. I have received NOTHING & customer service has been NO HELP. Please consumer be aware this company is not legit. I was personally scammed out of $148.02. SHAMEFUL.
