je suis le jeux depuis le début avec un achat starter.
la je n'arrive plus a me connecter, mon starter pack a disparu de mon Hangard. Je fournie les document demander, pas de raiponce sur la 1er requête. 2e requête il disent 1er requête en cour alors que c'est le même interlocuteur. je demande si le document sont bon alors sur la 1er requête au qu'une raiponce. 3e requête pareil il renvoie sur la 1er requête mais toujours sans régler le problème mais surtout sans dire pourquoi la 1er requête est en attente. sa fait plusieurs jour que sa dure. il me font attendre pour avoir le droit de me connecter a un produit que j'ai payer.
