We use Stansted Airport parking services for the meet and greet service.
As instructed we called the phone number supplied when we got through customs at Stansted.
It took them 1.5 hours to deliver our car back to us at the arranged location .
There was mud all over the exterior and interior, including the internal doors, obviously parked in a field or similar.
Absolute disgrace of a company.
After complaining about the horrific service, they offered us 20% off our next booking.
As if he would ever use them again.
Avoid!!!!!!

What the flying Saucer did we just experience. Managed to find this unofficial car park eventually! Called when we were 30 mins away as requested, was greeted with a card machine asking for 20.00 for the two of us to be dropped off to airport and collected, waited for more people to arrive before they would drop us off at the airport! Which isn’t outside the airport it’s in a hotels car park approx 10/15 mins away, ( I”m assuming to avoid charges) We only just managed to get our flight making it very stressful and rushed due to their delay in dropping us. We had a lovely holiday, but I was honestly dreading what we were going to face on our return, half expecting not to see our new car again!! We called them, they answered on the third attempt!!!!they said 15 mins, an hour and a half later after waiting outside in the cold in the early hours of the morning, we were collected but of course after he’d dropped off some passengers! Honestly, the worst experience before and after travelling I’ve ever experienced… I only read the reviews after we dropped off car! MY MISTAKE!!! READ REVIEWS, AVOID, PAY MORE… I don’t know how these crooks are still in operation, charging over the odds, inferior service, rude unhelpful!!! I feel like we had a lucky escape!!! I would hate for anyone old, frail or anyone with young children to experience this!!!!

DO NOT USE this company !!!! Car covered in mud , dirty tissues and a half finished can of Red Bull left in car…..not mine! My car was spotless when I dropped it off! I’m not going to leave this until I get this company moved out of Stansted Airport . I emailed them yesterday…..no reply. Now taking this to TV and Media. Thankfully I know some useful people! AVOID!!! I’d hate someone to pay and have the disgusting service I had.

Terrible service. 1 and a half hour wait for car. Our car really smelled when we did finally get it back. Emails ignored! Do not use this company!

Extra charges. Car not ready on time. Main issue is damage to car which we photographed and sent to them. Two months on and still no reply from them. Tried phoning and no reply. No replies to email either.

You have to add £10 to your car's drop-off at Orange Car Park and £10 to your pick-up which is not so clear without looking deeper in to the terms and conditions.
Besides the required fee, upon arrival, as agreed, I called the company to inform them of my arrival and was informed that the car would be ready within 25-45 minutes. After an hour of waiting, I called again and the same thing happened (as if the first call never happened). Total wait time: 1 hour and 45 minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! It's worth trying other MORE RELIABLE car parks.

Camera caught 5 Asian blokes getting in the car to use it to use it for their needs.
If I could only add pictures and show how filthy was my car inside. Mud everywhere, rear central console scratced, doors dinged, radio changed to BBC AsianNetwork, exterior all covered in mud. List is endless.
Oh and 4 hour wait.
I could just carry on…

I collected my car and was taken into a muddy field. No number to complain only email and they never reply. Make sure you know who you are dealing with. They are criminals.

Criminals! Absolutely appalled by the state my car was return. Filth everywhere (food, drink) mud in very footwell and across plastics, they’ve been using my car as a joy ride somewhere with multiple people being transferred to goodness knows where. Smell of smoke is not disappearing. I feel violated, defrauded and am very very upset. They must be shut down for what they are doing!

Diabolical. Waited over an hour for our car to arrive. Informed the car was on its way, then phoned again and apparently stuck in the car park. Lies , lies, lies. This is not a company to use or be trusted.

Do not use this company. If you’re due to go with them, I’d strongly suggest arranging an alternative.

They took 4 & 1/2 hours to bring the car back to the airport. They initially said 50 minutes, then 10, then 30, then stopped answering any calls until 4am when they just arrived and said they’ve been busy.

We met a lot of other people at Stansted with the same problem. Went to the Stansted police station and they’ve had hundreds of complaints but is civil matter for trading standards / court action.

My car was filthy, looked like it had been wheelspinning in a muddy field. My husband got the key and didn't look at the car and by the time I got there the chap had disappeared.
Passenger footwell was full of grass and the car stank of BO/garlic.
I took photos when I got home and have said they won't accept them as they weren't taken at the airport.
Reading other reviews it sounds like I got off lightly.

This is not meet and greet. I should have known when I had to wait for 45 minutes for them to meet me…and that was after I gave them 30 mins notice as requested. BUT that was nothing compared to the return, I called many times once through customs to get my car returned, it went to voicemail!!! After standing outside in the middle of the night they finally answered, said it would be 50 minutes!!! Suppose to be ‘meet & greet’. 20 calls later with most going to voice mail, they delivered my car 1 hours and 50 minutes later. Left stranded with no one answering my call and no car - absolutely horrendous experience. And I was one of MANY standing there waiting, most had been there for 2 hours!!
They have been reported to the police by many people, hopefully no one else will need to go through this!!
I booked and received confirmation through GO STANSTED AIRPORT PARKING but apparently they use many other alias! Be careful and check….they have many other names.

Avoid This Company – Damaged My BMW and Denied All Responsibility (Ref: GL-STN-182425)

I booked “meet & greet” parking at Stansted with Stansted Airport Parking Services / SC Parking Limited (Company No. 15892056). The company’s registered address is 258 Gurney Close, Barking, IG11 8LB.

I handed over my BMW M4 Competition (worth £50,000) in pristine condition, freshly washed. When it was returned to me it was:

Covered in mud inside and out.

Returned with one alloy wheel damaged.

Side skirts scraped and underside radiator visibly damaged.

Michelin PS4 tyres (£800) showing abnormal wear, consistent with off-road use.

Vehicle drive modes and suspension settings altered without consent.

I reported this immediately while still at the airport, with call logs, a text from the company confirming their complaint email, and a time-stamped video from the terminal. The staff apologised on the phone at the time.

However, when I followed up with evidence, the company completely denied liability. They hid behind unfair terms saying claims are “void once you leave the airport” and even threatened me instead of addressing the damage.

This business was only incorporated in 2024 under the name SC Parking Limited. Its official Companies House record even lists the business as “Cleaning Services” rather than parking.

This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. If you value your vehicle, do not trust this company with your car. I have already escalated this matter to the Civil Aviation Authority, Trading Standards, and the British Parking Association.

Luckily I tried to contact them to clarify the booking confirmation email about 3 weeks ahead of our flight - as the section :-
What to do When You Arrive
Did note make a great deal of Sense, badly written.

(At this point I genuinely thought we had booked the Official Stanstead Air Port meet and Greet.)

I tried calling 7 times( Phone rang for a long time then just terminated) before anyone answered the phone, despite this being the KEY CONTACT NUMBER to call when you are 30 mins from arriving at the airport. I discovered additional charges applied at the drop off and pick up by Stansted Airport £10 each way !!
Eventually I got through on the phone. The experience of poorly informed staff was alarming and I began thinking, this is a Scam. I asked where are the cars parked after drop off and was told they are driven to Braintree which is a 20 minute - minimum drive away so almost an hour round trip. Think about that !!! This set of further alarm bells.

I immediately sought to cancel the booking which had to be done via email. When they acknowledged the cancelation request, they stated, they charge a £15 administration Fee. Needless to say I will make a formal complaint.
You have no Idea from the communications just exactly what the name of the Company is. On the booking confirmation email it States Airport Parkin and the email refers to parking Management dot com with no reply ability.
There is a complete lack of Corporate identity and contact information.

This deceptive operation needs to be avoided at all costs.

DON'T USE THEM !!! I wish I read the negative comments before.... Rather pay £30 more and park at Stansted mid stay where you take the car key with you. You are exposing yourself to shock when you come back from holidays. Our car was a 7seater and SC deployed the 7th seat (it's normally in a storage position to load a suitcase on) just so they can transport 7 people, god knows where to. When we arrived back from holidays, car was muddy inside out (dry weather upon departure and arrival), child booster disconnected from an iso-fix and trip mile counter showing 300miles (was reset before arriving the airport and handing car over), tank was 1/2 full but only showed orange light with 35miles left in the tank when got the car back! The people involved are known to police, trading standards and courts. They keep getting away with this over and over again..

Would not be surprised if some high value vehicles disappear a few days after you get your car back.

Extremely frustrating trying to amend parking via our booking, we seem to constantly be back and forth between Ryanair and Stansted directly to which the only option given to us was to add an extra day separately online Stansted’s airport parking website. Ryanair telling us to contact Stansted and visa versa. Baring in mind, we already have booked 10 days of parking and simply want to add one extra day! This would mean us having to pay an extra £90-100 for an ONE additional day of parking when we already paid £130 for 10 days. The fact that booking one day separately is all they can offer and not just amend the booking is absolute ridiculous!

I consider myself lucky at this point to have my car back at all. The car had just been valeted and serviced by the dealership so was in top condition when I dropped it off. It came back covered in dust and mud, with muddy footprints in the footwell drivers side. They had messed about with all my settings, radio, A/C, ( I was expecting seat and mirror adjustments, but leave the rest eh? ) The driver set up some speed limiter that I couldn't work out how to turn off ( found it eventually tucked away in the settings ) god knows what the hell they were doing, just park the car and leave it tf alone!
I don't think it had been used in any other way I checked the mileage before I dropped it, it's had about 30 miles added, so I'm considering myself lucky there, ( I hope no speeding tickets arrive ) but reading the reviews more thoroughly now and I see I dodged a bullet. I will NEVER use them again. The good reviews are obviously fake, so obviuous it hurts I wish I'd been more thorough but I was in a rush. Stansted airport parking is a massive rip off and that's why I tried to save cash, plus the trains were on strike again. But I would not recommend these jokers stay away! Park in the regular car park, pay the money it's not worth the risk.

I used Stansted Airport Parking Support in March while traveling abroad, trusting them to keep my car secure. When I returned, I was shocked to find:
Dashcam footage deleted
Fuel levels noticeably reduced
Receipts and rubbish inside the car from food clearly consumed while I was away
A tyre left without air
The car returned in a dirty, unacceptable condition
I contacted the company via email with evidence (including receipts dated during my absence), but they have completely ignored my complaint. I made several follow up emails which were completely ignored.
This shows a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers’ property. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Like all the other reviews here - AVOID THESE COWBOYS LIKE THE PLAGUE. Lied to on three separate occasions about arrival time (took 80 minutes to get the car!) The driver confessed he only got the keys 15 minutes before he finally arrived with the car.
