This was my first time ordering and everything went pretty smoothly. I had a question after placing my order and customer service got back to me quickly.

I ordered the Vittorio Moretti Newsboy Cap and really like the look of it. The fit is good and it feels nice for the price.

The shoes look good and fit well, but the tracking didn’t update for a while which was frustrating. Customer service answered my email and they did arrive, just later than I expected.

I ordered a pair of sandals for summer and they’re really nice. Very comfortable and I love how breathable they are.

I ordered a pair of shoes and unfortunately they didn’t fit me the way I hoped. The return process was pretty easy though, and customer service helped me get it sorted out. I wish they had worked for me.

I bought the Caldero Monk Shoes and they fit perfectly. I had a small issue with my order, but Melissa from customer service was super responsive and helpful.

I wasn’t sure at first, but I’m honestly so surprised by how cute and comfortable these sandals are. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

The shoes I ordered from this supposedly US site were sent from China. They were badly packed which resulted in creased and misshapened shoes. The shoes were not as advertised, the buckles were fake, I’m not convinced they are leather and the stacked leather sole is a cheap rubber compound material and not as advertised. I immediately tried to contact their customer service dept. but the email listed on the site is invalid and the contact number doesn’t ring.
